| Objectives 1 To understand the current situation of cancer-related fatigue in cancer patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and to analyze the influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.2 Analyze the action path of each influencing factor on cancer-induced fatigue,so as to provide basis for the clinical prevention and alleviation of cancer-induced fatigue in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods A total of 436 cancer patients who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The cancer fatigue scale was used to investigate the status of cancer-induced fatigue in the patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The general data, clinical data,Pittsburgh sleep quality index, stress tolerance scale and perceived social support scale were investigated by using general data questionnaire, clinical data questionnaire, stress tolerance scale and perceived social support scale.Excel was used to establish the database, and SPSS24.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical software were used for statistical analysis.Descriptive statistics were used for general demographic data.Independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used for univariate analysis of factors affecting cancer-induced fatigue in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Multiple linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis of factors affecting cancer-induced fatigue in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results 1 Current situation of cancer-related fatigue in cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients: after the end of the radiotherapy and chemotherapy cycle, the total score of cancer-related fatigue in cancer patients was(28.54±7.31)points,(16.34±5.46)points,(7.20±2.42)points,and(4.99±3.59)points.2 Analysis of the influencing factors of cancer-induced fatigue in patients with cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy:(1)Univariate analysis results:There were significant differences in gender, age, personal monthly income, tumor location, cancer stage, recurrence, metastasis, treatment plan, combination of chronic disease, sleep, stress resistance level, perceived social support level, total score of cancer-induced fatigue and other dimensions, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total score of cancer-related fatigue and the different dimensions of medical payment method(P>0.05).(2)Multivariate analysis results:sleep, stress resistance level, perceived social support level, gender, whether patients with chronic disease and prognostic nutritional index were related to the total score of cancer-related fatigue and scores of each dimension(P<0.05);Age was correlated with the total score of cancer-induced fatigue and body dimension score(P<0.05).Marital status and treatment plan were correlated with affective and cognitive scores(P<0.05).Personal monthly income was correlated with somatic dimension score(P<0.05).3 Pathway analysis of the influencing factors of cancer-induced fatigue in patients with cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy:The results showed that stress resistance, understanding of social support and sleep had direct predictive effects on cancer-induced fatigue(β=-0.285,-0.118,0.206,P<0.05);Stress resistance could affect cancer-induced fatigue by understanding the mediating effect of social support(β=-0.329,P<0.05).Stress resistance could affect cancer-induced fatigue through sleep mediation(β=-0.364,P<0.05).Patients with different genders of radiotherapy and chemotherapy had different levels of stress resistance, and the sleep status of patients with or without chronic disease had different effects on cancer-induced fatigue. Conclusions 1 Cancer patients after radiation and chemotherapy cancer-related fatigue in moderate fatigue, art force level, understanding social support level, sleep, sex, age, personal income, tumor site, cancer stage, whether whether recurrence, transfer, treatment, whether with chronic diseases, cancer is radiation and chemotherapy patients cancerrelated fatigue of influencing factors.Stress resistance, perceived social support and sleep were directly predictive of cancer-induced fatigue;2 Stress tolerance water can affect cancer-induced fatigue by understanding the mediating role of social support or sleep. There are differences in the level of stress resistance between different genders and in the sleep of patients with or without chronic diseases, which affect cancer-induced fatigue.Figure 2;Table 16;Reference 107... |
