With the continuous progress of today’s science and technology,the combination of medical field,computer field and electronic field is more and more close,making the endoscope technology increasingly mature,endoscope has become one of the most widely used medical equipment today.Endoscope is a tubular instrument with a light source,which can enter the human body to observe the conditions of some tissues.Therefore,endoscope plays an extremely important role in doctors’ auxiliary diagnosis of patients and in minimally invasive surgery.Due to the complexity of human body internal structure and easily affected by collecting equipment light and thermal noise,and collected the endoscope image quality is not high,therefore,in order to later the doctor diagnosed accurately and conveniently,improve endoscope image identification and filtering out noise,and enhance the important details appear particularly important.In this paper,the weighted guided filtering algorithm is improved,which is superior to other algorithms in maintaining the edge and reducing the halo,and its effectiveness is proved by experiments.Then,the enhanced algorithm based on the back sharpening mask is used to enhance the details of the endoscopic image.Compared with other algorithms,the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio of the endoscopic image obtained by using the improved algorithm in this paper is PSNR)and Structural SIMilarity(SSIM)are greater than other algorithms,and the detail-background Variance(DV-BV)is improved.It has been proved that the algorithm in this paper has a stronger ability to suppress noise and can maintain the structure of the original endoscopic image,so that the details of blood vessels are improved.Then,the existing algorithm is used to repair the reflective region of endoscopic images,in order to reduce the error of feature point matching process in 3D reconstruction.The contrast enhancement algorithm is used to process the endoscopic image,which can maximize the contrast between the background area and the vascular area of the endoscopic image.Adaptive and Integrated Neighborhood Dependent Approach for Nonlinear Enhancement,Aindane)can enhance the brightness of endoscopic images,which can effectively improve the brightness of endoscopic images.Finally,the combination of the above algorithms to form the final endoscopic image enhancement scheme can effectively improve the quality of endoscopic image.
