| In the international classification of disease(ICD-10),liver fibrosis can be used as a pathological name(K74.001),but it is actually mainly a histopathological definition.Through pharmacological experiments,it was found that the kinsenoside extracted from Anoectochilus roxburghii have anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrosis effects on the liver.This paper mainly focuses on the quality control of anti-hepatic fibrosis drug Anoectin.Firstly,several batches of Anoectochilus medicinal materials were studied in terms of properties,identification,inspection,and content determination.Among them,the ICP-MS method was established to determine the content of harmful elements in medicinal materials,and the methodology was verified.The verification results prove that the method has good linearity,high sensitivity,high accuracy and good precision.In addition,the GC-ECD method was established to determine the pesticide residue content of medicinal materials,and the methodology was verified.The verification results prove that the method has good linearity,good precision,strong specificity,and high accuracy.The above research results provide a reference for formulating standards for Anoectochilus roxburghii.Through many batches of Anoectochilus glycosides from the properties,identification,inspection,content determination,related substances and epimers have been studied.Among them,the HPLC-ELSD method was established to determine the content of Anoectin and the method was verified.The verification results prove that the method has strong specificity,good linearity,good precision,stable solution,high accuracy and durable method.In addition,the HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of related substances,and the methodology was validated.The verification results prove that the method has strong specificity,high sensitivity,and good precision.The above research results provide a reference for formulating the quality standards of kinsenoside. |
