| Objectives 1.To study the expression of nuclear matrix protein 22(NMP22)and bladder cancer specific nuclear matrix protein-4(BLCA-4)in urine of patients with bladder cancer.2.To explore the application value of single detection and combined detection in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Methods 1.From July 2020 to January 2021,51 patients with bladder cancer diagnosed pathologically in the Department of Urology,Tangshan workers’ Hospital Affiliated to North China University of technology were set as the observation group, and 34 patients with benign urinary tract lesions were set as the control group.2.50 ml of clean urine in the middle of morning was collected from all patients, and the groups were numbered. The expression levels of NMP22 and BLCA-4 in the urine of patients were detected by ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay).3.Draw the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve, determine the best critical value according to Youden index, get the area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity and specificity of NMP22,BLCA-4 and their combined detection, and analyze the application value of NMP22,BLCA-4 in urine of two groups of patients in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Results 1.The sensitivity of urine NMP22 and BLCA-4 in the diagnosis of bladder cancer were 78.4% and 92.2% respectively, and the specificity were 76.5% and 94.1%respectively;In bladder cancer group, the expression level of NMP22 was significantly different in different pathological grades,TNM stages, lymph node metastasis and tumor diameter, and the expression level of BLCA-4 was significantly different in different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis.2.The positive rate of NMP22 and BLCA-4 in urine in the diagnosis of bladder cancer had no significant difference with the number of tumor, tumor diameter, pathological grade, clinical TNM stage and gender.3.The sensitivity and specificity of NMP22 and BLCA-4 in the diagnosis of bladder cancer were 90.2% and97.1%,respectively;The sensitivity and specificity were higher than NMP22 alone, and the specificity was higher than BLCA-4 alone. Conclusions As two noninvasive and convenient urine tumor markers,NMP22 and BLCA-4 have higher sensitivity and specificity than NMP22 when they are detected separately. The combined detection of NMP22 and BLCA-4 can improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis; These two tumor markers are expected to become a new detection method for the diagnosis of bladder cancer.Figure 3;Table 8;Reference 160... |
