Objectives To study the changes and correlation of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and blood coagulation indexes in patients with preeclampsia. Methods A total of 180 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia(PE)who were examined in He Bei General Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively collected.Among them,90 were in the early-onset group(PE onset < 34 weeks)and 90 were in the late-onset group(PE onset ≥ 34 weeks).Meanwhile,84 healthy pregnant women in He Bei General Hospital were selected as the control group. The results of 20 to 34 weeks of gestation and 34 weeks of gestation to delivery were recorded.SPSS 25.0 software was used for analysis, and independent sample T test was used for measurement data.Counting data were tested by chi-square test.Correlation analysis was performed using Linear regression. Results 1 The SOD value of 20 to 34 weeks of gestation in the early-onset PE(EOPE)group was lower than that in late-onset PE(LOPE)group and control group(P < 0.05).The SOD value of 34 weeks of gestation to delivery: EOPE < LOPE < control group(P < 0.05).The SOD value of three groups: 20 to 34 weeks of gestation > 34 weeks of gestation to delivery(P < 0.05).2 During 20 to 34 weeks of gestation,PT and APTT of EOPE and LOPE groups were lower than those of control group,APTT of EOPE was lower than that of LOPE,and PLT of EOPE was lower than that of control group and LOPE(P < 0.05).From 34 weeks of gestation to delivery: MPV and PDW of EOPE and LOPE groups were higher than those of control group,APTT was lower than that of control group, and PLT of EOPE group was lower than that of control group and LOPE group(P < 0.05).PLT and APTT values of > at20~34 weeks of gestation and MPV and PDW values at 20 to 34 weeks of gestation were less than 34 weeks of gestation and delivery(P < 0.05).3 There was a positive correlation between SOD and PLT and APTT in the EOPE from 20 to 34 weeks of gestation(P < 0.05).There was a positive correlation between SOD,PLT and APTT in EOPE and LOPE from 34 weeks of gestation to delivery(P < 0.05).4 The incidence of adverse maternal and infant pregnancy outcomes in the early onset group was higher than that in the late onset group, and the late onset group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1 The decrease of antioxidant level and the imbalance of oxidative stress may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.2 During 20 to 34 weeks of gestation and34 weeks of gestation to delivery,SOD value of EOPE was lower than that of LOPE and normal pregnant women, indicating that early onset PE patients had lower antioxidant capacity, more severe disease, and higher incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.SOD values at 20 to 34 weeks of gestation were lower than those at 34 weeks of gestation, indicating that the maternal antioxidant capacity decreased gradually with the increase of gestational age.3 With the increase of gestational age,MPV and PDW in the three groups increased gradually, while APTT decreased gradually, indicating that maternal hypercoagulability gradually intensified with the progress of pregnancy.4 There is a correlation between SOD and PLT and APTT in PE patients, indicating that the antioxidant level in vivo is closely related to the hypercoagulability state, which provides a new basis for the pathogenesis of PE.Figure 0;Table 13;Reference 221...
