Application Value Of Disposable Negative Pressure Endometrial Sampler In Early Screening Of Endometrial Cancer

Objectives 1 The negative pressure type sampler is compared with the serrated and brushed sampling equipment to prove the use effect of the negative pressure type sampler.2 To verify the value of a disposable negative pressure sampler combined with liquidbased cytology in the early screening of endometrial cancer.Methods 1 To recruit 103 patients from Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the Department of Gynecology,North China University of Technology Affiliated Hospital,who are suitable for endometrial sampling,first adopt three types of endometrial samplers(serrated sampler,brushed sampler,and negative pressure sampler).The endometrium is sampled,and then hysteroscopic surgery is performed to analyze the results of the cell sampling and the degree of pain during the sampling.2 In addition,150 patients from the Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology in Tangshan were collected and clinical information was collected.The cytology specimens of the disposable negative pressure endometrial sampler were collected first,and then hysteroscopy Surgical materials,comparing the two diagnostic results,mainly include diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity,etc.Results 1 The qualified rates of serrated,brushed,and negative pressure endometrial cell specimens were 96.43%(27/28),96.15%(25/26),and 100%(49/49),respectively.There was no difference among the three.Statistical significance.Among the three types of endometrial cell samples,the proportions of tangible tissue specimens obtained were85.71%(24/28),53.85%(14/26),97.96%(48/49),and the results were different between samplers(P =0.000,P<0.05).Combined with the tissue morphology of the tangible tissue cell block in the cell sampling,the sensitivity and specificity of the pathological diagnosis of negative pressure endometrial cells are high.The pain degree of the three kinds of endometrial cell sampling was significantly lower than that of endometrial curettage,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000,P<0.05).2 150 cases of disposable negative pressure endometrial sampler combined with endometrial liquid-based cytology experiments,and 147 cases were finally retained.The pathological diagnosis results are compared with the results of the gold standard in sensitivity,specificity and compliance rate to see the clinical effect.The three standards for vacuum sampler combined with cytology were 79.49%,91.67%,and 88.44%.The positive predictive value was 77.50%,and the negative predictive value was 92.52%.Conclusions 1 Three endometrial cell samplers can be used for endometrial cancer screening,and the negative pressure sampler has more advantages.2 Disposable negative pressure endometrial sampler combined with liquid-based cytology has good pathological diagnostic value for endometrial cancer screening,and can be used for clinical diagnosis guidance.Figure 2;Table 6;Reference 185...
