Objective:To explore the relationship between family environment factors, negative life events and adolescent depressive disorder by collecting basic information of social demography, negative life events and family environment of adolescent depressive disorder hospitalized in psychiatric department. Methods: A total of 139 adolescent patients who were hospitalized for the first time from August 1,2020 to June 30,2021 in the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Psychiatry of a tertiary hospital in Shenzhen were included.Self-made general situation questionnaire,Adolescent Life Events Scale(ASLEC)and short Chinese version of Family Environment Scale were used to collect information.Epidata3.0 was used to input clinical data and establish database.SPSS 26.0 was used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Application of PROCESS plug-in to explore the relationship between family environment factors, negative life events and adolescent depression.Results:1.There are significant differences in the total score and scores of all dimensions of the Child Depression Scale in gender(P < 0.05).There are significant differences in the total score of the Child Depression Scale and the scores of the dimensions of lack of pleasure, negative emotions, low self-esteem and interpersonal problems in the educational level of patients(P < 0.05).2.The total score of adolescent life events scale and the scores of each dimension are statistically different in gender(P < 0.05).There is a significant difference in the score of health adaptation dimension of adolescent life events scale in whether they have left-behind experience or not(P < 0.05).3.Pearson correlation analysis shows that adolescent depression is related to family environment(r=0.554),free expression(r=0.358),open contradiction(r=0.488),cohesion(r=0.487),adolescent life events(r=0.662),interpersonal relationship(r=0.614 The family environment of teenagers is positively correlated with negative life events(r=0.594),interpersonal relationships(r=0.560),study pressure(r=0.469),punishment(r=0.583),loss(r=0.281)and healthy adaptation(r=0.344).4.After controlling demographic variables, the regression equation of family environment and negative life events on the children’s depression scale is significant, with the regression coefficients of 0.530 and 0.214respectively(P < 0.001).5.Family environment has no moderating effect between negative life events and adolescent depression symptoms(P =0.109).Conclusion:1.Negative life events and family environment are the risk factors of adolescent depression.2.Family environment plays an incomplete intermediary role in negative life events and adolescent depression.
