In recent years,although some scholars have discussed the problem of doctors’psychological construction,most of them are superficial,and the exploration of doctors’ psychological construction in the context of organizational communication is not deep enough.On this premise,based on the literature collation in the fields of organizational communication,health communication and health organization communication,the author uses qualitative research methods such as non-participatory observation method,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method as the main research means,and takes a third-grade A hospital in Zibo City as an example to explore the organizational communication mode.The author uses the non-participatory observation method to comprehensively and objectively obtain a preliminary understanding and cognition of the hospital’s organizational communication elements and current situation.This operation laid the foundation for the subsequent in-depth interviews and made sufficient preparations.Then,the author began to conduct in-depth interviews and collect and accumulate original data until the theory was saturated.In this process,the author adopts the grounded theory system of three-level coding analysis,make the original interview data to obtain more sufficient coding and analysis,and on the basis of the theory of inference,the result of exploratory to construct the framework of 3 armour hospital organizational communication model,and build up relationship of each category and model framework are discussed in detail.Specifically,in the organizational communication model of third-class hospitals,the department leader factor,information and channel factor,and unstructured communication,the three key main categories,have an impact on clinicians’ internal perception and psychological construction,and finally have an impact on the behavioral response of medical staff.In addition,clinician factors in the main categories also played a moderating role in the mechanism of action,respectively in the first and second half of the influencing pathway.Among them,1)the factors of department leaders include personal charm,professional ability,mentorship relationship and team cooperation;2)Information and approach factors include four categories:agenda setting,social framework,political framework and business framework;3)Unstructured communication factors include interpersonal relationship and the influence of external media.4)Psychological construction factors include cognitive acceptance,emotional support and value affirmation.5)Behavioral response includes three categories:work motivation,doctor-patient communication and diagnostic decision-making;6)Clinician factors include four categories:self-cognition,conformity tendency,scene cognition and interpersonal relationship cognition.This research model of hospital organization communication model in addition to fully study further puts forward the theoretical thinking,more theoretical significance,also to some extent,by improving the hospital organizational communication mode to influence the psychological doctor hospital organization provides practical guidance and management of the construction of the enlightenment,at the same time also has the certain reference value for clinical doctors themselves,It has important practical significance.
