| [Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qufeng andang formula combined with auricular points in the treatment of external wind induced type of tic disorder in children, and guide the clinical application,so as to give full play to the advantages of multi-channel treatment of traditional Chinese medicine..[Methods]60 children with tic disorder induced by external wind, aged 4-14 years, who met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of treatment, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Qufeng andang formula combined with auricular points, and the control group was treated with simple western medicine tiapride hydrochloride tablets orally for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and TCM syndrome score table were used to evaluate the treatment effects of the two groups. At the same time, the adverse reactions of the children were observed during the whole treatment period, and SPSS25.0 was used software for data statistics, processing and analysis.[Results]1.Case completion:A total of 60 cases were included, with 30 cases in each group.During the treatment,1 case in the control group and 2 cases in the treatment group were separated, with a total of 57 cases completed.2.Comparison of general data:There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender, age, course of disease,YGTSS and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05).3.Difference between groups:After 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in YGTSS,TCM syndrome score and score reduction rate between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Intra group differences:After 4 weeks of treatment,YGTSS and TCM Syndrome Scale scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).5.Efficacy comparison:After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of YGTSS in the treatment group and the control group were 89.29%and 79.31%respectively;The total effective rate of TCM Syndrome Scale was 96.43%in the treatment group and 86.21%in the control group; There was significant difference(P<0.05).6.Safety:During the study period, there were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group and 4 adverse reactions in the control group.[Conclusion]1.Qufeng andong formula combined with auricular points in the treatment of children with tic disorder of external wind induced type can significantly reduce YGTSS tic score and TCM syndrome score, improve tic symptoms, and the clinical effect is better than that of tiapride alone.2.Compared with tiapride alone, auricular points combined with Qufeng andong formula has positive clinical efficacy and higher safety. |
