ObjectiveTo summarize and analyze the symptoms and clinical treatment experience of 60 hospitalized patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type chest pain in the Hubei University of Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 1,2021 to December 31,2021.Further explore Professor Zhang Xiaoxing’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of Coronary Heart Disease(CHD),explore commonly used drug pairs, drug combinations and core prescriptions, and provide new ideas for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.MethodsUsing the method of retrospective analysis, according to the patient’s hospitalization data, organize and record the patient’s related medical records, establish Excel database, input data and proofread, use SPSS25.0 and Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform to analyze and discuss the data, organize and summarize the rules.Results1.Among the 60 cases collected,25 were male and 35 were female, with a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.40.The ages of patients were 50-60 years old in males and 60-80 years old in females. Most of the patients developed the disease at the the Beginning of Winter(25%),their medical history was concentrated in 5-10 years, and the hospital stay was concentrated in 7-14 days.A total of 26 patients had a personal history of smoking and drinking, etc. The main clinical manifestations included 56 cases of chest tightness(93.33%),31 cases of chest pain(51.67%),29 cases of palpitations(48.33%),27 cases of shortness of breath(45.00%),etc.The tongue is mainly purple, and the tongue coating color is mostly white, and the pulse is mostly taut. The main complications included 47 cases of hypertension(78.33%),29 cases of hyperlipidemia(48.33%),27 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction(45%),20 cases of type 2 diabetes(33.33%)and 15 cases of hyperuricemia(25%).In terms ofauxiliary examinations, the mean values of Total Cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG),and Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C)of the patients did not reach the target value, and the mean value of Uric Acid(UA)was close to the critical value. Most patients had poor control of blood lipid, blood glucose and UA on admission.2.Through the comparison of therapeutic effects,it was found that the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group had significant differences in improving Hemoglobin(HGB)and High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C)index,reducing TG,LDL-C and Aspartate Aminotrans ferase(AST)indexes, and was better than the western medicine treatment group in improving symptoms and signs of patients.3.Among the 30 cases collected, the most commonly used drugs were Honghua,Chuanxiong,Zhigancao,Danggui,Fuling,Chishao and Chenpi. The drug properties were mainly ping, wen and slightly han,and the drug tastes were mainly sweet, bitter and spicy. The attributive channels were mainly liver, heart, spleen and lung. The drug effect were scattered stasis and relieved pain.Through cluster analysis, association analysis and complex network analysis,25 core drug pairs such as Chishao-Honghua and 1 core prescription were found.4.After Professor Zhang Xiaoxing’s 114 empirical prescriptions incorporated, data mining analysis showed that the most commonly used drugs were Huangqi,Zhigancao,Danshen,Chuan xiong,Yanhusuo,Danggui, fresh Yimucao,Chishao, etc. The medicinal properties were mainly wen, ping and slightly han,and the drug tastes were mainly sweet, bitter and bitter. The attributive channels were mainly liver, spleen and heart. The drug effect were promoted water circulation, reduced swelling, promoted blood circulations, scattered stasis and relieved pain.Through cluster analysis, association analysis and complex network analysis,10 common drug pairs such as Danshen-Huangqi,5 drug combinations such as "Zhishi","Yujin" and "Xiangfu" and 1 core prescription were found.ConclusionChest pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)occurs in middle-aged and elderly people.Qi stagnation and blood stasis is common and the main pathogenesis throughout the pathogenesis process. In the treatment of patients with chest pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),physicians in our hospital usually promote blood circulations, scattered stasis, promote Qi and relieved pain. All hospitalized patients routinely used western medicine to relieve symptoms and improve prognosis, and some cases were treated with TCM decoction, which had better efficacy in improving clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome score.2.Professor Zhang Xiaoxing treats CHD from "Qi" and "Blood",takes promoting blood circulations, scattering stasis, promoting Qi and invigorating blood as the major methods, and takes into account cold coagulation, blood deficiency, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. In the treatment of coronary heart disease, the drugs are mainly sweet and warm, and they are treated from the liver.Professor Zhang Xiaoxing combines jingfang and modern pharmacology,Transforms prescriptions based on TCM syndrome differen tiation, integrates the past into the present.
