Based On San-Jiao Positioning Discusses The Rule Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Qi Inverse Syndrome In Treatise On Febrile Diseases

Objective:Zhang zhongjing in treatise on febrile disease in a variety of reversed flow of qi syndrome such as cough,asthma,hiccups（ructation,retch,dhalitosis）,vomiting（sickness,vomiting,vomiting,vomit inverse,retching）,headache,dizzy head,chest,mention it in reverse,cholera,chest full（thoracic and hypochondrium fullness,chest full）,renal mass,sore throat,adverse QI rushing upwards（upward adverseness of gas to the chest,reflux of gas to the heart,upward adverseness of gas to the throat,qi rushing up to heart,upward adverseness of hot-gas to the chest）,etc A variety of qi inversion syndromes are elaborated in detail,including various clinically common qi inversion syndromes from etiology and pathogenesis to treatment prescriptions.Finishing,this paper aims to statistics all reversed flow of qi syndrome syndromes in the treatise on febrile disease,according to the condition of parts and the sanjiao（triple energizer）is in the human body’s parts,all the reversed flow of qi card the sanjiao（triple energizer）is based on syndrome differentiation,as the upper-JIAO reversed flow of qi,the middle-JIAO reversed flow of qi and the lower-Jiao reversed flow of qi,carries on the analysis summarized the sanjiao（triple energizer）reversed flow of qi syndrome evidence rule,To provide a more clear and broad idea of syndrome treatment for clinical treatment of various qi inverse syndrome.Methods:Firstly,the clinical manifestations of all related syndromes of qi-inverse syndrome were sorted out by screening all relevant clauses of Qi-inverse syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Then analyze the corresponding parts of the three jiao syndrome on the body surface,and according to the manifestations of qi inverse syndrome,classify all qi inverse syndrome according to the three jiao,including upper-JIAO qi inverse syndrome,middle-JIAO qi inverse syndrome and lower-Jiao qi inverse syndrome.After that,the articles of upper-JIAO,middle-JIAO and lower-JIAO qi-inverse syndrome were counted successively.According to the above articles of upper coke,middle coke and lower coke qi-inverse syndrome,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of the related syndromes of upper-JIAO,middle-JIAO and lower-JIAO qi-inverse syndrome were analyzed respectively according to the original meaning of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" with the dialectical method of six channels.Then,the prescriptions for the treatment of upper-JIAO,middle-JIAO and lower-JIAO qi inverse in treatise on Febrile diseases were counted,and the prescriptions with higher frequency were analyzed.Then according to the prescriptions used in the treatment of upper-JIAO,middle-JIAO and lower-JIAO qi inverse respectively in treatise on febrile diseases,the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of upper-JIAO,middle-JIAO and lower-JIAO qi inverse syndrome can be further analyzed.This paper summarizes the dialectical thinking and the law of treatment and medication of qi inverse syndrome in Treatise on Febrile diseases.Finally,according to the mutual influence and mutual assistance of three jiao,all the qi inverse syndromes of three jiao were discussed and analyzed together,and the prescriptions and drugs used by two jiao or three jiao were summarized and analyzed in detail,so as to analyze and summarize the ideas of syndrome treatment for complex mixed qi inverse.Results:A total of 65 articles related to qi inverse syndrome were screened out from Treatise on Febrile diseases,among which upper-JIAO qi inverse syndrome was mainly caused by "lung" and "chest and hypochasm".middle-JIAO qi-inverse syndrome mainly consists of "under the heart","Yangming disease","spleen and stomach" and "shaoyang disease".The main symptoms of qi inversion in lower-JIAO are shaoyin disease,jueyin disease,lower abdomen,subumbilical and liver.Syndrome belongs to article 18 of upper-JIAO gas adverse syndrome,article 36 of middle-JIAO gas adverse syndrome and article 8 of lower-JIAO gas adverse syndrome.A total of 12 prescriptions related to the treatment of upper-JIAO qi inverse syndrome were summarized.the top 9 most commonly used drugs in the treatment of upper-JIAO Qi-adverse syndrome can be further counted as:honey-fried licorice root,cassia twig,Ephedra,Peony,almond,Magnolia officinalis,ginger,jujube and immature bitter orange.A total of 24 prescriptions involved in the treatment of middle-JIAO qi inverse syndrome were summarized.the top 11 most commonly used drugs in the treatment of middle-JIAO qi infirmity can be further counted as:honey-fried licorice root,Jujube,ginger,ginseng,pinellia ternata,Baicalensis,Bupleurum,dried ginger,cassia twig,aconite,peony.A total of 8 different formulae or methods were used for the treatment of qi reversal syndrome of lower-JIAO.the top 7 most commonly used drugs in the treatment of lower-JIAO qi-reverse syndrome can be further counted out in order: cassia twigs,liquorice,poria,peony,aconite,ginger,jujube.All the treatment prescriptions of sanjiao Qi Inverse syndrome in Treatise on Febrile diseases were summarized,and the most frequently used prescriptions were as follows: Xiao Chaihu decoction 7 times,Wuzhuyu decoction 3 times,Ephedra decoction 3 times.upper-JIAO and middle-JIAO in common use of a prescription for Guizhi soup;upper-JIAO and lower-JIAO by the common use of the prescription has a Zhen Wu soup;middle-JIAO and lower-JIAO in common use of the prescription has a ubaien.The drugs used in the treatment of qi-reverse syndrome of upper-JIAO,middle-JIAO and lower-JIAO were counted,and the top 10 ingredients in use frequency were processed liquorice,jujube,ginger,Cassia twig,Peony,dried ginger,aconite,Tuckahoe,Coptis chinensis,Atractylodes atractylodes.Conclusion:According to the above provisions of qi-inverse syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of qi-inverse syndrome related to upper,middle and lower JIAO were analyzed.This paper sums up the thought of syndrome differentiation and the rule of prescription in treating qi inverse syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.In treatise on febrile diseases,the etiology of qi inverse syndrome includes external sensation,internal injury and mistreatment.Among them,the pathogenesis of upper-JIAO qi inverse syndrome is lung qi inverse;fluid-retention in the chest and hypochondrium,upward adverse flow of fluid-retention;Tai yang meridian qi inverse.The pathogenesis of middle-JIAO qi inverse syndrome is mainly gastric qi inverse and shaoyang meridian qi inverse.The pathogenesis of lower-JIAO qi inverse syndrome is deficiency of shao yin yang deficiency and iupward adverse flow of fluid-retention;liver qi inverse;Shaoyin deficiency heat inverse;Shaoyin guest heat inverse on the main inverse.The sanjiao reversed flow of qi syndrome type according to different pathogenesis evidence using relieving the exterior syndrome with drugs pungent in flavor and warm in property,warm cold retained fluid,freeing lung and relieving asthma,purgating excessive fluid,needle warming moxibustion,Acrid-bitter herb,harmonizing stomach and lowering adverse Qi,harmonizing Shaoyang,Warming Yang to Promote Diuresis,Disperse the depressed liver-energy,invigorating the kidney,clearing away heat and toxic material,such as different treatment,treatment prescriptions in Xiao Chaihu decoction,Wuzhuyu decoction,Ephedra decoction,etc.According to the most commonly used drugs of sanjiao Qi-inverse syndrome,it is concluded that the methods of diaphoresis method,elimination method,reinforcing method,harmonization method,warm method,and the main methods are to relieve the ventilate the lung,resolve phlegm and downbearing the inverse,strengthen the spleen and stomach,harmonizing Shaoyang,warm yang to dissolve fluid.
