Objective:In this paper,the clinical efficacy of Guishao Liujunzi Modified on the treatment of residual dizziness in patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-producing type BPPV after successful repositioning was observed through the study.,in order to provide clinical ideas for the treatment of residual dizziness after successful repositioning of BPPV.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,86 eligible patients were screened out,and 86 patients were divided into two groups by means of SPSS random number table,43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the treatment group.Treatment regimen:Both groups were identical in basic treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with betahistine mesylate tablets(Minshilang)at a dose of 6 mg/time,3 times a day;the patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Guishao Liujunzi Decoction(ingredients:15 g of ginseng,20 g of Atractylodes,Poria 15g,licorice 10g,tangerine peel 10g,Pinellia 15g,Angelica sinensis 15g,white peony root 15g,gastrodia elata 6g,kudzu 5g,vine 3g)orally.1 payment per day,once in the morning and once in the evening,100ml each time,warm after meals,the course of treatment is 2 weeks.Observation and evaluation indicators:Dizziness Disorder Rating Scale(DHI),dizziness symptom improvement effect,activity balance confidence scale(ABC),TCM syndrome score,TCM symptom improvement effect.All data were analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results:1.The total number of people in this study was 86.There was no statistical significance in the gender distribution,age,underlying disease,DHI score,ABC score,and TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).2.After the treatment,the DHI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01 in the treatment group,P<0.01 in the control group),but the DHI score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the ABC scores of the two groups were improved earlier than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 in the treatment group,P<0.01 in the control group),and the ABC scores in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,the difference was Statistically significant(P<0.01).4.After treatment in the two groups,the improvement of dizziness symptoms and the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 for the efficacy of dizziness,P<0.01 for the efficacy of TCM symptoms).5.There were mild adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment,but after statistical comparison,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Guishao Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of residual dizziness after successful repositioning of BPPV with spleen deficiency and phlegm type is better than that of western medicine,and it can reduce the patient’s expectation of falling,ease the patient’s fear,and improve the patient’s balance confidence,and it is safe it is good.
