| ObjectiveThe purpose of this project is to observe the actual clinical effect of the "Fuzheng Guben" acupuncture method in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）in the acute stage,and to evaluate whether there is a difference in the comprehensive efficacy and the regulatory effect of rheumatoid factor（RF）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,C-reactive protein（CRP）and other related laboratory indicators by observing the actual clinical effect of the "Fuzheng Guben" acupuncture method in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）,compared with conventional acupuncture without this treatment method.Acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis provide a corresponding comprehensive and objective clinical basis,and promote the promotion and application of this treatment plan in clinical practice.MethodsFrom August 2020 to October 2021,78 patients with acute onset of rheumatoid arthritis were selected from August 2020 to October 2021 in the outpatient clinic and inpatient department of the Rheumatism and Acupuncture Department of Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the selected cases met the criteria for diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion,and were randomly divided into control groups and treatment groups according to the order of admission of patients,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups required oral methotrexate（MTX）（4tablets once a week）as the basis for anti-rheumatic therapy,the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group was treated with "Fuzheng Guben" acupuncture on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated 3 times a week for a total of 4 weeks.The efficacy index and adverse reaction index before and after treatment of two groups of patients were recorded to evaluate the efficacy value of the two different treatment options in the treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis.ResultsIn the process of carrying out the study,there were no patients who fell off,39 cases in the acupuncture treatment group of "Fuzheng Guben" and 39 cases in the conventional control group,a total of 78 patients completed treatment and observation,and the corresponding data were included in the statistics.Before the start of treatment,the age,sex,course,DAS28 score,laboratory indicators,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared,and the P-value was >0.05,and the difference was statistically significant and comparable.1.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy of patients in the two groups: Among the 39 patients in the treatment group of "Fuzheng Guben",25 cases were effective,12 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of94.87%.Among the 39 patients in the control group,12 cases were effective,18 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 76.92%.There was no significant difference in the combined efficacy between the two groups（P<0.05）.2.After treatment in the two groups of patients,the TCM syndrome score,DAS28 score,and laboratory indicators（RF,ESR,CRP）decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the intragroup analysis before treatment（P<0.05）;the intergroup analysis of the indicators after treatment of the two groups of patients was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.ConclusionThe acupuncture method of "Fuzheng Guben" + ordinary acupuncture treatment group and ordinary acupuncture control group have obtained obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute ra.The TCM syndrome scores,DAS28 scores and various laboratory indicators of the two groups were reduced to varying degrees,while the decline in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Therefore,the acupuncture method of "Fuzheng Guben" + ordinary acupuncture can better improve the symptoms of acute RA patients,and further clinical promotion and application can be considered. |
