Director Yang Gongxu’s Academic Experience And Medication Rule Of Treating Frozen Shoulder With Six Meridians

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to use modern statistical methods to collect the medical records of Director Yang Gongxu’s treatment of Frozen shoulder for descriptive statistics,correlation and cluster analysis,and to take typical cases to summarize Director Yang Gongxu’s academic experience in treating Frozen shoulder with the theory of six meridians and syndrome differentiation.To extract the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and the law of prescription selection and medication in the treatment of Frozen shoulder by Director Yang Gongxu.The summary and research of Director Yang Gongxu’s clinical experience can provide more inspiration and ideas for the clinical treatment of Frozen shoulder.Methods:1.By collecting the diagnosis and treatment data of Director Yang Gongxu’s outpatient clinic.Comprehensive review of all medical records of Frozen shoulder,in-depth study of typical medical records,reading of relevant traditional Chinese medicine classics,works of famous doctors,papers,and detailed analysis and summary of the etiology and pathogenesis of Frozen shoulder,as well as the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with cases.2.By collecting periarthritis patients from November 2019 to February 2022 at the outpatient clinic of Director Yang Gongxu of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine（Optical Valley District）,45 cases were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of medical records,and the selected cases were treated in a standardized manner.To establish a database of prescriptions for the treatment of Frozen shoulder by Director Yang Gongxu.Through Excel2016,IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,frequency analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis were used to mine the types,frequencies,properties,flavors,meridians,and combination rules of Chinese herbs in all prescriptions,and summarized Yang Gongxu.The director’s medication rule for the treatment of Frozen shoulder.Result:1.The etiology of Frozen shoulder is due to yang deficiency of the body,exogenous wind-cold dampness,strain or longterm immobilization.Two dirty.The disease location is superficial,the nature of the disease is yin,and the basic pathogenesis is exogenous wind-cold dampness and deficiency of yang qi.2.Clinical classification is mainly divided into Shaoyin disease type,Shaoyin Shaoyang combination type,Shaoyin Taiyin combination type,Shaoyin Yangming combination type,Shaoyin Jueyin combination type.Shaoyin disease type is treated by expelling wind and relieving exterior,warming yang and dispelling cold,the prescription is Guizhi plus Fuzi Decoction;Shaoyin-Shaoyang combined disease type is treated by exterior and interior dispelling,warming yang and relieving pain,prescription is Guizhi decoction plus Xiao Chaihu Decoction modification;Shaoyin-Taiyin combined disease type is treated to relieve the exterior and dispel cold,dispel dampness and eliminate Bi,the prescription is Guizhi Decoction and Poria Atractylodes;Use Guizhi Dahuang Decoction to add and subtract;Shaoyin Jueyin combined disease type is treated to expel wind and relieve external appearance,warm meridians and dispel cold,nourish blood and dredge collaterals,and then use Danggui Sini Decoction.3.Among the 45 cases of shoulder periarthritis,there are 9kinds of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine（use frequency > 20 times）,in descending order of use frequency:Guizhi（36）,Baishao（34）,Asarum（30）,Aconite（26）,Licorice（26）,Psoraleae（24）,Drynaria（24）,Morinda officinalis（21）,Mulberry（21）.4.There are 14 types of traditional Chinese medicines involved,and there are 6 types of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines（frequency of use > 30 times）,which are in descending order of frequency of use: tonic medicines（194）,detoxifying medicines（116）,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Medicine（70）,antirheumatic medicine（60）,warming medicine（35）.5.There are 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine properties,according to the frequency of use,they are warm（353）,flat（113）,cold（97）,hot（50）,and cool（4）.6.There are a total of 5 kinds of Chinese medicine flavors involved,and the order of occurrence according to their frequency is: pungent（306）,sweet（264）,bitter（258）,sour（75）,and salty（61）.7.There are 11 kinds of meridians involved in traditional Chinese medicine,according to their frequency,they are:liver meridian（272）,spleen meridian（236）,kidney meridian（229）,heart meridian（196）,lung meridian（190）,stomach meridian（105）,bladder meridian（61）,large intestine meridian（36）,gallbladder meridian（23）,Sanjiao meridian（11）,pericardium meridian（2）.8.When the first item is set to 2 in the association analysis,the combinations with higher confidence are: aconite-guizhi,licorice-guizhi,aconite,asarum-guizhi,Rhizoma DrynariaePsoraleae,etc.9.Cluster analysis results When the scale is 20.5,33 traditional Chinese medicines（frequency ≥ 5 times）can form4 traditional Chinese medicine combinations: No.1: Tzuduan,Wujiapi,Dodder,Angelica,Achyranthes,Eucommia,Qianghuo,Nepeta,Fangfeng,safflower,Duhuo,antler gum;No.Ⅱ: Poria,Qin,Morinda officinalis,Astragalus,Psoraleae,Rhizoma Drynariae,Paeonia lactiflora;No.Ⅲ: Cyanophora,turmeric,melon,dried ginger;Ⅳ No.: jujube,ginger,oyster,asarum,aconite,cinnamon stick,licorice,soil turtle insect,peach kernel,mulberry branch.Conclusion:1.Taking the six meridians as the guiding ideology,Frozen shoulder is classified into five types: Shaoyin disease,Shaoyin and Shaoyang disease,Shaoyin Taiyin disease,Shaoyin Yangming disease,and Shaoyin Jueyin disease.The classic prescriptions are the basis for medicines;2.It is proposed that "if there is a pain in the body,there is a symptom." In general,the basic principles of treatment are relieving the external body and dispelling cold,warming the yang and removing dampness.
