| Objective:To explore the effect of plantar stimulation on bone mineral density and bone turnover markers in postmenopausal women with osteopenia, evaluate its clinical efficacy, improve the awareness of prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, and provide new ideas for non-drug prevention and treatment of osteopenia and osteoporosis through randomized controlled trials. Methods:Seventy patients with postmenopausal osteopenia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases). The control group was given Caltrate D orally, and active health education, diet adjustment, regular walking exercise;on the basis of the control group, the observation group was wearing customized plantar stimulation insoles, and combined with regular walking exercise to stimulate the plantar Yongquan acupoint and the reflection areas of kidneys, spleen, stomach, ovaries, pituitary gland, thyroid gland and parathyroid glands. The bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes were measured before and after treatment, and the VAS score of pain symptoms was evaluated to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Compared the baseline of the two groups, the age, bone mineral density, bone metabolism and VAS score of the patients were comparable(P>0.05).(2)After 6 months of treatment, the lumbar bone density of the observation group was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left hip bone mineral density in the observation group and the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)After 6 months of treatment, the levels of serum P1NP,N-MID and β-CTx in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01);the serum 25-OH-VD level in the observation group was significantly increased, and there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),which was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)After 6 months of treatment, the pain scores of the observation group and the control group decreased, and there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:With the help of customized plantar stimulation insoles combined with regular walking exercise to stimulate Yongquan point and reflex zone of feet, and supplemented with calcium and vitamin D,the bone mineral density of postmenopausal women with osteopenia can be improved,,and the bone metabolism can be improved. It has a positive anti-bone resorption effect and is able to reduce the level of bone turnover to some extent, and can be used to prevent and treat the bone loss of postmenopausal women. The operation is simple, convenient, effective and inexpensive, which is worthy of further research and application. |
