Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Liu Yunxia In The Treatment Of Postoperative Gastric Cancer Based On The Date Mining

Objective Through the collection,sorting and data mining of post-operative cases of gastric cancer diagnosed and treated by Professor Liu Yunxia in outpatient department,to quantitative analyze Liu’s medication rules,so as to further summarize and inherit Liu’s clinical experience and academic theory.Methods To collect medical record information of postoperative cases of gastric cancer who were treated in the outpatient clinic of Professor Liu Yunxia of Hangzhou Third People’s Hospital from July 1,2018 to September 30,2021.Medical records were screened according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria.A total of 212 cases were included.Standardize medical record data.Use Excel,SPSS Statistics 25,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Liquorice software to analyze the patient’s basic situation,symptoms and prescriptions.Association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed for high-frequency drugs.Complex network analysis was performed for all drugs.Results 1.Basic data analysis:in 212 cases,male patients（129 cases）were more than female patients（83 cases）,and the age distribution of 56-85 years old group accounted for about 80%.2.Symptoms analysis:the common symptoms are fatigue,anorexia,stomach distension,stomach pain,mood disorder,acid regurgitation,belching,and night sleep disturbance.The most common tongue appearance is Light tongue with thin and white fur,and the pulse is mainly slow.The main syndrome types are:Spleen-stomach Qi vacuity,Damp heat resistance,Liver Qi stagnation,Stomach yin deficiency.3.Statistical analysis of traditional Chinese medicines:Statistical analysis of 188 flavors and 3258 times used Chinese medicines involved in the 212 cases.The drugs with high frequency were Astragalus（148 cases）,Atractylodis Macrocephalae（143 cases）,Poria cocos（130 cases）,Coix seed（127 cases）,Tangerine peel（120 cases）,Licorice（108 cases）,Bupleurum（102 cases）,etc.The efficacy mainly includes invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,clearing heat and dampness,soothing liver qi.The medicines’ four nature is warm,cold and flat.The five flavors are mainly sweet,pungent and bitter.Channel tropism is mainly distributed in the spleen,lung and stomach.4.According to the association rules analysis of the top 36 high-frequency Chinese medicines,the commonly used medicine pairs are:Astragalus and Atractylodis macrocephalae,Astragalus and Licorice,Tangerine peel and Bupleurum.5.The cluster analysis of the top 36 high-frequency medicine yields four groups of clustering formulas:group A:Astragalus,Atractylodis macrocephalae,Tangerine peel,Licorice,Angelica,Rhizoma corydalis,Scutellaria barbata,Rabdosia amethystoides.Group B:Poria cocos,Coix seed,Bupleurum,Fritillaria thunbergii,Actinidia chinensis planch,Pinellia,cuttlebone,Cardamom,fortune eupatorium herb,dandelion,Inulae flos,Atractylodes,Saposhnikoviae,Ranunculi ternati radix.Group C:Bergamot,Paeoniae radix alba,Fructus toosendan,Cimicifugae rhizoma,Magnoliae officinalis cortex,Oroxylum indicum,Gardeniae fructus praeparatus,Galli gigerii endothelium corneum,Coptidis rhizoma.Group D:Radix glehniae,Radix ophiopogonis,Rhizoma anemarrhenae,Dendrobium officinale,Phragmitis rhizoma.6.Perform a complex network analysis of Chinese medicine to get a core prescription:Astragalus,Tangerine peel,Cardamom,Actinidia chinensis Planch,Coix seed,Poria cocos,Angelica,Atractylodis macrocephalae,Licorice,cuttlebone,Fritillaria thunbergii,Paeoniae radix alba,Rhizoma corydalis,Fructus toosendan,Pinellia,Bergamot.Conclusion Through the method of data mining,the medication rules of Professor Liu Yunxia in the treatment of gastric cancer after operation are obtained and the academic experience is explored.Professor Liu Yunxia believes that the basic pathogenesis of postoperative patients with gastric cancer is weakness of the spleen and stomach,with phlegm dampness,heat toxicity,qi stagnation and other pathological products.In the treatment,the spleen and stomach should be protected throughout the whole process,taking into account the heat and dampness,soothing the liver and regulating qi,and treating the specimens.At the same time,attention should be paid to daily life care,improve the quality of life of patients,and strictly prevent the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer.The experience is worth learning and inheriting.
