Data Mining Study Of Chinese Herbal Medicine For Central Precocious Puberty Based On Clinical Research Literature

OBJECTIVETo explore the information of prescriptions recorded in clinical trial type literature with high quality and clear effective using data mining technology,to summarize the core herbs and medication rules of Chinese medicine for the treatment of Central Precocious Puberty,and to provide a basis for clinical treatment of Central Precocious Puberty.METHODSClinical trials on the use of internal medicine in the treatment of Central Precocious Puberty in Chinese medicine were collected by computer in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese biomedical literature service system,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and China Science and Technology Journal Database from the establishment of the database to December 2021.According to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature was removed from duplicate items and sorted by reading the title,abstract,and full text,and a total of 118 papers meeting the criteria were finally obtained.Microsoft Excel 2016 software was used to record the article name,number,research units,number of prescriptions and specific prescriptions in detail,and finally the prescription information was normalized and binarized to assign values to the data.The database was established using Microsoft Excel 2016 software for frequency analysis statistics of Chinese medicine,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0software for association rules and complex network analysis,and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software for cluster analysis,thus mining high-frequency medications,core combinations,and new prescriptions,and finally the Chinese medicine treatment The ideological theory of Central Precocious Puberty was summarized.Results1.The results of the frequency analysis showed that a total of 29 herbs,including Huang Bai,Zhi Mu,Sheng Di Huang,Mudan Pi,Xia Ku Cao,Gui Jia,Fu Ling,Chai Hu,and Bai Shao,were important herbs,with bitter-cold properties,mainly belonging to the liver and kidney meridians,involving the five organs of liver,spleen,kidney,heart,and lung,and most classified as Tonic and heat-clearing herbs,and their effects were always "heat-clearing and fire-removing The most common categories of Chinese herbal medicines are deficiency tonics and heat-clearing medicines,and their effects are always in the categories of " clearing heat and dispelling fire " and" nourishing Yin and nourishing Yin ".The results of association rules and complex network analysis showed that the combination" Zhi Mu-Huang Bai " was the most commonly used combination,and the core combination of drugs was " Mudan Pi,Sheng Di Huang,Zhi Mu,Huang Bai,Xia Ku Cao,Gui Jia,Fu Ling ".3." The results of cluster analysis yielded four new prescriptions:（1）Huang Bai,Zhi Mu,Sheng Di Huang,Gui Jia,Mudan Pi,Xuan Shen,Longd Dan,Bie Jia,Shan Zhu Yu,Shan Yao,Shu Di Huang,Ze Xie,（2）Zhi Qiao,Shan Zha,Chen Pi,Zhe Bei Mu,Fu Ling,Li Zhi He;（3）Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Zhi Zi,Dang Gui,Gan Cao:（4）Hai Zao,Kun Bu,Xia Ku Cao,Yu Jin,Mai Ya,and Huang Qin.ConclusionThe etiology of Central Precocious Puberty is mainly due to congenital deficiency and acquired external influence,and the pathogenesis is based on the imbalance of yin and yang in the internal organs,among which the deficiency of liver and kidney yin generates internal heat to trigger the phase fire occupies the main position,while the dysfunction of the spleen,the stagnation of water and fluid,the internal generation of phlegm and turbidity,and the heat caused by phlegm and turbidity stay for a long time will also lead to precocious puberty.The treatment of Central Precocious Puberty in TCM includes internal and external treatment.The external treatment method is mainly auricular acupressure therapy and tui na therapy,while the internal treatment method is widely used,and the clinical treatment is carried out by flexible identification of the etiology and pathogenesis.The efficacy of the prescription is based on "clearing heat and nourishing yin,Soothing Liver and Relieving Depression",forming a pattern of clearing heat and nourishing yin,supplemented by Soothing Liver and Relieving Depression and strengthening the spleen to resolve phlegm.In this study,based on the literature of clinical trials,the commonly used drug pair "Zhi Mu-Huang Bai",the core combination "Mudan Pi,Sheng Di Huang,Zhi Mu,Huang Bai,Xia Ku Cao,Gui Jia,Fu Ling",and four new prescriptions based on cluster analysis were derived.
