| Objective Infertility due to abnormal spermatozoa is one of the Common Diseases in andrology.The treatment is very difficult.After a long-term clinical summary,the tutor put forward "kidney deficiency and liver depression" as its basic pathogenesis,clinical application of Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang treatment of significant effect.In this study,Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang was used to treat 86 infertile patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,to observe the effect of Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang on sperm morphology,sperm density,sperm motility,sperm DNA fragmentation index and TCM syndrome,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods A total of 86 infertile patients with abnormal spermatozoa,aged 22-45 years old,who were admitted from December 2019 to December 2019 by Zhou Anfang Inheritance Studio,Department of Urology,Phoenix Outpatient Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine and Department of State Hospital of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,were collected,to Bushen Shugan Yulin Tang treatment,a daily dose,the treatment cycle for 12 weeks.To observe the difference of sperm normal morphology ratio,sperm density,sperm total motility,forward movement（PR）,sperm DNA Fragmentation Index（DFI）,TCM single symptom score and TCM total symptom score.To evaluate the effects of Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang on normal sperm morphology,sperm density,sperm total motility,PR,DFI and TCM syndrome,to evaluate the clinical effect of Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang on the infertile patients with abnormal spermatozoa of kidney deficiency and stagnation of the liver.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the data.The measurement data were expressed by mean ± standard deviation（X±s）.The data conformed to the normal distribution and were inferred by T test.If they did not conformed to the normal distribution,the data were tested by rank sum test,count data are expressed as percentages（%）and examples.The difference was statistically significant with P < 0.05.Results（1）A total of 86 patients were included in this study,6 cases were shed during treatment,a total of 80 patients completed the study（2）After 12 weeks of treatment,the number of cured cases was 15 cases,the cure rate was 19%;the number of effective cases was 52 cases,the effective rate was 65%,the number of ineffective cases was 13 cases,the ineffective rate was 16%,the total effective case number was 67,and the total effective rate was 84%（3）After the end of the treatment cycle,the numerical differences before and after the treatment were compared.The proportion of normal sperm morphology increased（P<0.05）,sperm density increased（P<0.05）,total sperm motility and anterior motility increased compared with before treatment（P<0.05）,sperm DNA fragmentation index decreased（P<0.05）,TCM single symptom score decreased compared with before,among which the differences in soft waist and knee,poor mood,sperm slippage,chest flank,and less abdominal distention and pain were statistically significant（P<0.05）,and decreased libido.There was no obvious statistical difference before and after the treatment of Shantaixi（P>0.05）;the total score of TCM symptoms decreased compared with before（P<0.05）（4）During the clinical treatment,no adverse reactions were seen in patients.Conclusion（1）Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang can increase the proportion of normal sperm morphology,increase sperm density,increase sperm total motility and forward movement,and decrease sperm DNA fragmentation index.（2）Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of the infertile patients with kidney deficiency,liver depression and abnormal sperm.（3）Bushen Shugan Jiangji Yulin Tang can increase the proportion of normal sperm morphology,reduce the rate of sperm deformity,improve sperm quality and improve sperm DNA damage. |
