Explore The Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rule Of Treating Aplastic Anemia Based On The Ancient And Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform

PURPOSE:Search and sort out the medical records with good clinical effect of aplastic anemia,explore the syndrome differentiation and medication of aplastic anemia by using data mining technology,and summarize the syndrome differentiation and medication law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of aplastic anemia,in order to provide reference for clinicians in the treatment of aplastic anemia.METHOD:Collect the medical records of aplastic anemia from How Net,Wanfang,VIP and ancient and modern medical record cloud platform,and the medical records with complete TCM Syndrome Types and drugs.Screen according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,establish an Excel database,standardize the medical record information,and use the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform to carry out statistical methods such as frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis,so as to summarize the clinical manifestations,syndrome types Treatment method,medication law（frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,four Qi,five flavors,meridian tropism,efficacy,etc.）,drug syndrome correlation,cluster analysis,etc.In order to get the core medication and syndrome differentiation law for the treatment of aplastic anemia.RESULT:（1）189 patients were included,including 108 males and 81 females,accounting for 57.14% and 42.86% respectively.Among them,the most age distribution is 20-29 years old,followed by 10-19 years old.（2）Among the 189 patients with aplastic anemia included in this study,73 cases were mainly kidney yin deficiency,accounting for 38.62%.Followed by 55 cases of kidney yang deficiency syndrome,35 cases of kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome,less blood division syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.（3）A total of 189 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,including 301 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2804 times.Among them,the drugs with a frequency of ≥ 30%were Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Rehmannia glutinosa,Atractylodes macrocephala,Rehmannia glutinosa,wolfberry fruit,Poria cocos,Ligustrum lucidum,Codonopsis pilosula,dogwood meat and Cuscuta chinensis.（4）In terms of four Qi of drugs,warm and flat drugs are mainly used,while hot and cold drugs are less.In terms of medicine flavor,sweet flavor is the main flavor,followed by bitter and pungent flavor,and the proportion of light flavor is obviously less.（5）The meridians of drugs decrease according to the liver,kidney,spleen,lung,heart and stomach meridians,and the other meridians are less involved.The frequency of liver meridians is 1275 times,kidney meridians1129 times and spleen meridians 1048 times.（6）The statistical results of drug efficacy show that traditional Chinese medicine with the effect of clearing heat and cooling blood appears the most frequently,193 times,followed by moistening intestines and defecating,nourishing liver and kidney.（7）The top 5 drug combinations in association rule results are:Angelica + Astragalus,angelica + Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus +angelica,Rehmannia glutinosa + angelica,Atractylodes macrocephala +Astragalus.（8）Two groups of drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Group 1: Radix rehmanniae,astragalus,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Codonopsis pilosula,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and poria cocos;Group 2:Rehmannia glutinosa,angelica,Rehmannia glutinosa,Cuscuta chinensis,medlar,Ligustrum lucidum,Psoralea corylifolia,Polygonum multiflorum,dogwood meat and yam.（9）Through complex network analysis,the core drug composition of doctors’ common prescriptions is obtained: Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,wolfberry fruit,Poria cocos,Eclipta,Ligustrum lucidum,Codonopsis pilosula,dodder grass,dogwood meat,Rehmannia glutinosa,Polygonum multiflorum,Psoralea corylifolia,white peony root,peony bark,yam and roasted licorice.CONCLUSION:Doctors believe that the primary responsibility for the disease of patients with aplastic anemia lies in the kidney.The relationship between liver and spleen and aplastic anemia is also very close.The disease is mainly deficiency,but there are often empirical manifestations such as blood heat and blood stasis.Therefore,during treatment,drugs with liver,kidney and spleen,warm nature and sweet taste are mostly used to nourish yin and kidney and fill lean marrow.In the treatment of aplastic anemia,we should mainly tonify the kidney,treat the spleen and kidney together,and treat concurrent symptoms at the same time,so as to improve the discomfort of patients and finally achieve the secret of yin and Yang.The core drug composition is: Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,wolfberry fruit,Poria cocos,Eclipta,Ligustrum lucidum,Codonopsis pilosula,dodder grass,Cornus officinalis,radix rehmanniae,Polygonum Multiflori,psoralen,white peony root,peony bark,yam and roasted licorice.The whole prescription takes tonifying the kidney,essence and essence as the basic principle,nourishing yin and warming Yang at
