The Ignored Highlights-A Social Work Intervention Study On Anxiety Of Patients With Acute Stroke From The Perspective Of Narrative Therapy

Under the concept of "healthy China ",the treatment mode of patients in hospitals has changed from single body therapy to " body-heart-society-ling " care.The theory of narrative therapy is gradually mentioned in hospital tumor patients and hospice patients.With the acceleration of aging in China,stroke seriously threatens the health of Chinese people.High recurrence rate,high disability rate,high mortality rate and high economic burden lead to an increase in the number of patients and a high incidence of anxiety after stroke.Therefore,this paper attempts to apply narrative therapy theory to acute stroke patients to reduce their anxiety level.First of all,through literature combing and observing the characteristics of stroke patients group to discuss the feasibility of narrative therapy theory applied to acute stroke patients group,found that acute stroke patients rich life experience,face-loving psychology,the need to talk and be cared for and narrative therapy technology and concept.Applying narrative therapy to case and group intervention of acute stroke anxiety,it is found that narrative-problem externalization-looking for unique results-narrative therapy from thin to thick can alleviate the anxiety level of patients to some extent.This paper summarizes the experience and lessons of narrative therapy theory in the process of intervention,and provides some reference significance for the application of narrative therapy theory in practice.
