Clinical Observation On Intervention Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe On Prethrombotic State Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Patients Before Pregnancy

OBJECTIVE:The target of this study is evaluating the therapeutic effect of pre-pregnancy intervention of Bushen Huoxue recipe on prethrombotic state of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients,and to look for more traditional Chinese medicine methods and ideas to cure recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state.METHODS:From January 2019 to June 2020,45 recurrent spontaneous abortion patients who are in keeping with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and prethrombotic state were selected and cured with Bushen Huoxue Recipe,which was taken medicine from the 7th day of monthly period for three consecutive menstrual cycles.Comparing the changes of TCM syndrome scores and laboratory indexes(D-D,TT,APTT,PT,FIB)before and after treatment,and to evaluate the curative effect of this recipe on kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and prethrombotic state.After the treatment,we will guide the preparation of pregnancy,and further compare the pregnant person with the untreated pregnant person who conforms to the recurrent spontaneous abortion prethrombotic state of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the same period in our hospital.Maintain consistent cure afer pregnancy,and observe the pregnancy maintenance for 12 weeks.RESULTS:After the curing of three menstrual cycles,the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis can be improved.Before treatment it was 16.98±6.12(points)and 9.05±6.88(points)after treatment,P<0.01,and it has significant statistical signficance about difference.The laboratory indexes about Prethrombotic state improve.Compares with the before treatment,the levels of TT,APTT and PT increased,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FIB and D-D decreased with statistical significance(P< 0.05).After pre-pregnancy intervention with Bushen Huoxue Recipe,there were 36 pregnant patients,32 patients maintained pregnancy until 12 weeks,4 patients lost pregnancy,and the continued pregnancy rate was 88.89%.In the same period,there were 40 untreated patients,28 of whom maintained pregnancy until 12 weeks,12 of whom lost pregnancy,and the continued pregnancy rate was 70.00%.P<0.05,it has significant statistical signficance about difference.Conclusion:(1)Bushen Huoxue recipe can improve the TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis before pregnancy;(2)Bushen Huoxue recipe can improve the prethrombotic state of patients before pregnancy;(3)Pre-pregnancy intervention of Bushen Huoxue recipe can improve the pregnancy outcome of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients caused by prethrombotic state,and has a positive effect on promoting the continuation of pregnancy.
