| 【Objective】1.Construct the perioperative health education manual for patients with orthotopic neobladder based on the idea of mind mapping,and verify its effect on perioperative health education for patients.2.To explore the scientificity and rationality of the perioperative health education manual based on mind map,and to broaden a new way for medical staff to carry out perioperative health education for the patients with orthotopic neobladder surgery.【Methods】1.The first draft of the evaluation form of the health education content and the health knowledge mastery level of the new bladder function training was prepared by consulting the relevant domestic and foreign literature.The contents and evaluation forms of health education were determined by two rounds of expert consultation,and the contents of health education were made into paper and electronic manuals.2.Convenient sampling method was used to select 40 patients who underwent radical cystectomy and orthotopic neobladder surgery from November 2019 to January 2021 in urology department of two tertiary hospitals in Haikou,Hainan Province.The control group was hospitalized from November 2019 to July 2020,and the experimental group was hospitalized from August 2020 to January 2021.The control group was given routine health education during the perioperative period of orthotopic neobladder surgery,and the experimental group was given health education by mind map health education manual.The mastery of health education related content,the mastery of health knowledge of neobladder function training,the satisfaction of hospitalization,psychological resilience before and after operation and urinary incontinence were evaluated between the two groups,and the intervention effect of perioperative health education manual was observed.【Results】1.The experts have good enthusiasm,authority and coordination.The health education manual has finally determined 41 items,and the evaluation table of health knowledge mastery level of new bladder function training has 9 items,which can comprehensively summarize the health education content of the neobladder surgery.2.Baseline comparison: there was no significant difference in gender,age,education level,occupation,residence,living condition,economic income,medical payment method,smoking history,BMI,preoperative resilience,basic diseases and operation methods between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the mastery of health education related content and health knowledge of new bladder function training between the two groups: the health education related content of the control group was worse than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).In the control group,the mastering water,urine storage function,urination function and urine control function score were lower than those in the experimental group,P<0.05.4.Psychological resilience was compared between the two groups:there was no statistical significance in the three dimensions scores and total scores of the mental resilience before surgery(P>0.05).The scores of control group in three dimensions and total scores of resilience after operation were lower than the experimental group,and the results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of three dimensions of resilience and total scores of the two groups after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation(P<0.05).5.The control group in the satisfaction of hospitalized patients in the three questions of "health knowledge related to diseases","informing rehabilitation attention problems when discharged" and "satisfaction score" were lower than the experimental group(P<0.05),remaining measures were similar(P>0.05).6.Comparison of two groups of patients with urinary incontinence at 2 months after operation: in the "leakage times",the frequency of control group was more than that of experimental group(P<0.05);the differences in the other two dimensions and the total score of urinary incontinence were not significant(P>0.05).7.In the correlation analysis,there was a positive correlation between postoperative resilience and the score of health education,the score of mastering health knowledge of new bladder function training and satisfaction(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between mastering health knowledge of new bladder function training and satisfaction(P<0.05).【Conclusions】1.The experts’ enthusiasm,authority and coordination are good.The contents of health education manual are scientific,accurate and comprehensive.2.Compared with the routine health education,the application of mind map health education manual has better effect in mastering the relevant contents of health education,mastering the health knowledge of new bladder function training,total score of resilience,satisfaction with hospitalization and urinary incontinence 2months after operation.3.This study shows that the application of mind mapping in perioperative health education for patients with orthotopic neobladder is feasible and effective,and provides a theoretical basis for the scientific and rational new health education. |
