| ObjectiveUnderstanding during the outbreak of the new champions league college students psychological stress reaction and the development of the situation,at the same time with the method of tracking research, explore the new crown 3 to 7 months after the outbreak post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms between college students emotion regulation strategies the development trend of posttraumatic growth, and emotion regulation strategies for post-traumatic stress disorder and posttraumatic growth; To explore the intervention effect of mindfulness stress reduction therapy on post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth of college students, will also add empirical and application basis for the development of the basic theory of mindfulness training, and provide a basic theory for schools to conduct psychological counseling for students during major public health events in the future.MethodsThe PTSD Checklist for DSM-5(PCL-5)Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(Emotion Regulation Questionnaire)ERQ and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)were used to test students in a college in Hainan.A total of 6300 questionnaires were collected, among which 6293 were valid.400 students were randomly selected from the students in the first survey to conduct a follow-up survey on the follow-up 4 months. In the end,a total of 395 people’s follow-up data were collected;and from the first survey post-traumatic stress disorder scale screening the positive students were selected by random selection.30 students were selected as the intervention group, and another 30 students were selected as the control group. Before the intervention,60 subjects were treated with post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth.Level test, and then routine mental health education and mindfulness stress reduction training for the intervention group, while the control group received routine mental health education. After the intervention, the two were observed with the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Syndrome Scale and the Post-Traumatic Growth Scale. The changes in the scores of post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth of the students in the group after the intervention. Finally, due to student internships, graduation and other reasons, there were only 12 people in the intervention group who completed all the research, and only 13 people in the control group,a total of 25 people.SPSS26.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis on the first survey data to understand the gender difference in the positive rate of post-traumatic stress disorder among college students in a university in Hainan during the epidemic and the positive rate of post-traumatic stress disorder between students in Wuhan and other regions in Hubei Differences and differences in the choice of emotion regulation strategies; The latent growth model was established to understand the development trend of emotion regulation strategies and post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth of college students in Hainan, and to understand the influence of emotion regulation strategies on post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth.SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze the differences between the intervention group and the control group in PTSD and PTSD before and after MBSR,so as to understand the efficacy of MBSR.Results1.A total of 6300 questionnaires were collected in the first survey, among which6293 were valid.857 students were positive for PTSD screening, accounting for13.6% of the total number.Among them,2208 were male students,370 were positive students, accounting for 16.8% of the total number of male students; There were4085 female students and 487 positive students, accounting for 11.9% of the total number of female students. There were 58 Wuhan students and 10 positive students, the positive rate was 17.2%.The positive rate of PTSD was statistically significant(p<0.05),there were significant differences in the choice of emotion regulation strategies.Male students were significantly lower than female students in cognitive reappraisal, and significantly higher than female students in expression inhibition. There were no statistically significant differences in the level of post-traumatic stress disorder between Wuhan students and other Hubei students(p>0.05).2.A total of 395 people were tracked for five months.By establishing a variable growth model,it was found that the variance of intercept and slope of PTSD were significant, indicating that there were significant individual differences in the initial level and growth rate of individuals. The correlation between intercept and slope is-0.198(p<0.05),it can be seen that there is a negative correlation between the initial level of PTSD and the development speed, that is,the higher the initial status score of the individual, the smaller the development slope, the overall trend of the increase of cognitive reevaluation of the intercept and slope variance estimates are significant, indicating that there are significant individual differences in the initial level and the growth rate of the individual. However, the correlation between intercept and slope is-0.193(p>0.05),so there is no correlation between the initial level of emotion regulation and the development speed, showing an overall downward trend.Through the same method, expression inhibition shows an overall upward trend, and there are significant individual differences in the initial level and growth speed, but there is no correlation between the initial level and the development speed PTG has no significant development trend, and there are significant individual differences in the initial level and growth rate of PTG.There is no correlation between the initial level and development rate.3.Through the latent variable growth model,it is found that cognitive reappraisal has statistical significance in the prediction of PTSD.It affects the development trend of PTSD,but has no significant effect on PTG.Expression inhibition has no significant effect on PTSD and PTG.4.Here were no significant differences in post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth scores between the intervention and control groups(p>0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the changes before and after measurement(p>0.05).ConclusionDuring the epidemic period, the level of post-traumatic stress disorder was high among college students in Hainan.Post-traumatic stress disorder were significant difference between boys and girls, the positive rate of post-traumatic stress disorder among boys was significantly higher than that of girls. There are also significant differences in selection. The post-traumatic stress disorder and expression inhibition of college students in this school showed an overall increasing trend, cognitive re-evaluation showed a downward trend, and the development trend of post-traumatic growth level was not significant.Cognitive reappraisal has a significant effect on the development trend of post-traumatic stress disorder, but has no significant effect on post-traumatic growth and development.Expression inhibition has no significant effect on post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth. The intervention effect of mindfulness decompression therapy on post-traumatic stress disorder and post-traumatic growth of college students may not be significant. |
