With the continuous improvement of China’s medical level,the allocation of various medical personnel,especially nurses,is gradually moving towards normalization and standardization.Nurses are medical service providers,and the nursing level has become an important content for patients to evaluate hospitals’ medical abilities.All levels of society have put forward higher requirements for hospital nursing quality,and training is an important way to improve nurses’ abilities.Arranging different training contents for different positions accordingly is of great significance for nurses to improve their working abilities.In order to meet the training needs of nurses,classified training came into being.Setting different training courses according to different departments and post responsibilities can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training.Therefore,it is an urgent and important task for hospitals to do a good job in the classified training of nurses in both professional technology and service level.At present,many hospitals do not pay enough attention to the training,and they also don’t have sufficient understanding of the classified training.Although many hospitals have implemented classified training,the methods and contents of training are too formal,and a large amount of work still remain on surface,with unclear training objectives,poor application effects,and lack of process supervision and monitoring.As a result,to perfect the classified training system of nurses is of great significance to nurses and hospitals.This thesis adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire to study the current implementation situation of classified training for hospital nurses and the specific effects after implementation.This thesis collects and analyzes relevant data,studies the performance theory of classified training effect of human resources,and constructs the research perspective and framework."Analyzing the problems in the effects of classified training of nurses","looking for the causes to problems in classified training",and "proposing improvement measures for the classified training effects" are taken by this thesis as clues.Firstly,this thesis takes nurses,doctors,and patients from "the General Surgery Department","the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department","the Nephrology Department" and "the Oncology Department" in the L Hospital as research objects,mainly analyzing the effect situation of classified training of nurses in the hospital,focusing on the deficiencies of classified training effects in professional ethics,nursing theoretical bases,professional nursing abilities,and professional emergency responses.Secondly,through in-depth interviews with the patients served by nurses,their families,and the attending doctors in relevant departments,with their needs and suggestions on nursing services understood,this thesis furthermore explores the existing problems of classified training of nurses in "training planning","training implementation","training supervision" and "training application".Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation of classified training of hospital nurses,this thesis mainly focuses on strengthening and improving the overall planning of classified training,the training courses,the selection of training instructors,the conversion of training contents and the management of training performance,so as to ensure that classified training can be better implemented and relevant references can be provided for classified training of nurses in other hospitals.
