[objective]Through literature research,the present situation investigation,semi-structured interviews,expert meetings,such as research methods,summarizes the survey MDT implementation in the diagnosis and treatment patterns,and nurses in the pancreas MDT work general situation,existed problems,analysis and evaluation based on the nurse role function,to explore the construct information improvement project of MDT,MDT design research and development of pancreatic disease diagnosis and treatment information platform,Provide standardized,personalized and one-stop medical services for patients,highlight the role and function of nurses,and deepen the connotation of nursing services.[methods]1.Literature research.Firstly,through literature research,the information construction of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode for pancreatic diseases at home and abroad and the research status of nurses’ participation were mastered,and the participants,service content,work and management norms of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode were summarized.2.Field investigation.The current diagnosis and treatment mode of MDT of pancreatic disease and the work content of nursing staff were summarized scientifically through field investigation.Questionnaires were conducted for patients about the current MDT diagnosis and treatment mode of pancreatic diseases to fully understand patients’ satisfaction and treatment experience.Track the background data,and master the established plan implementation rate and follow-up compliance rate of the current MDT diagnosis and treatment mode for pancreatic diseases.3.Semi-structured interview.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with major service providers to more clearly understand the service providers’ suggestions and opinions on the construction of the information platform of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode for pancreatic diseases and the participation of nurses in the operation of the platform.On this basis,the basic framework,operation process,functional modules,nurses’ work content and management norms of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode of pancreatic diseases based on nurses’ role and function were preliminarily formulated.4.Results of the expert meeting.Through the convening of expert meetings,the preliminary continuous improvement plan was further revised and improved,and the quality continuous improvement plan of the information platform of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode for pancreatic diseases was formally constructed.Based on the role and function of nurses,the MDT diagnosis and treatment mode information platform for pancreatic diseases was designed and developed.[results]participants in MDT diagnosis and treatment mode of pancreatic disease mainly included pancreatic surgeons,gastroenterologists,imaging doctors with specialized pancreatic knowledge,histomathologists,nursing experts,oncologists with specialized pancreatic cancer knowledge,MDT administrators,patients and their families.The services mainly include MDT meeting,consultation report and information platform coverage.Defining and improving the management norms of MDT diagnosis and treatment mode for pancreatic diseases.Field investigation results:The current operation process of pancreatic MDT diagnosis and treatment mode,the work content and work path of nursing staff were summarized.In terms of patient satisfaction,the service attitude,professional knowledge of medical staff and health guidance of patients by nursing staff are particularly high,with an average of>4.80,while the satisfaction of medical treatment process,waiting time and psychological counseling is relatively low.In terms of medical experience,88.75% of the patients were informed about MDT,and 93.75% of the patients were not clear about the participating experts.98.75% of patients will wish to participate in the MDT consultation for pancreatic disease again.Pancreatic diseases belonging to other categories were discussed for a long time(15.55±9.33),and pancreatic inflammatory diseases were discussed for the shortest time(12.50±6.22).Ninety-two percent of patients were able to complete the treatment plan and 74 percent were able to follow up as required.Semi-structured interview result:through the pancreatic disease medical staff,the hospital management,information technology engineer interview three main service providers,concluded that the existing problems in pancreas MDT diagnostic model as well as the Suggestions and comments,the role of nursing personnel function,to understand the needs of the main service provider for information platform building and the suggestion.After the preliminary formulation of the quality improvement plan of the MDT diagnosis and treatment mode information platform for pancreatic diseases,it was revised and improved after discussion by experts,mainly including the framework,operation process,functional modules and management norms of the MDT platform for pancreatic diseases.[conclusion]The construction of an information platform for the MDT diagnosis and treatment mode of pancreatic disease can make the MDT diagnosis and treatment mode informatization and standardization,fully integrate the superior resources in the hospital,improve the efficiency and quality of MDT diagnosis and treatment,facilitate high-level scientific research,and help patients get optimized diagnosis and treatment experience and treatment plan.At the same time,the active exploration of the role of nurses in the construction of the information platform for MDT diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases can help nurses explore new work areas,realize greater value,and improve their sense of identity for the role of nurses.
