| Background and PurposeTo explore the molecular pathway of CIT gene regulating bladder cancer.MethodsPick one T24 bladder cancer cell,to knock,CIT gene using gene chip analysis to find out the change compared with not knock reduction cell gene,analysis,biological confidence to learn after the use paint CIT genetic potential regulation network software,according to the results with higher levels of genes expressed in selected related protein imprinting analysis.ResultsBladder cancer cell CIT gene can be successful to knock,knock reduction has raised and its gene expression,which can be divided into two groups after the bioinformatics analysis,found that the potential of CIT gene regulation network,after selecting CCND1,MCM3,PCNA and MCM7,CDK1 five genes with Western blot-verification,found that there may be CIT related signaling pathway.ConclusionTarget gene CIT plays a role in bladder cancer by regulating the expression of MCM3,MCM7,CCND1 and CDK1 genes. |
