Objective1.The purpose of study is to construct an index system of career resilience of nurses, and develop a questionnaire on career resilience of nurses,so as to provide a measurement tool for the evaluation of career resilience of nurses.2.To investigate the level of career resilience of nurses and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the training and intervention of clinical nursing staff’s career resilience.Methods1.The first part is to establish an career resilience index system of nurses. In stage 1,the career resilience index system of nurses was established on literature review, expert discussion and Delphi method and the weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process. In stade 2,558 nurses were investigated by a scale in Tai,an,which had been developed on the basis of the career resilience index system of nurses.30 among them were reinvestigated 2 weeks later. The data were processed by Excel,SPSS 20.0 software and AMOS 23.0 software.Content validity and structure validity were evaluated the validity of the questionnaire.Cronbach’s alpha,coefficient,split-half reliability and test-retest reliability were evaluated the reliability of the questionnaire. The structural equation model was verified the scientificalness of the index system. And the correlation between indexs at all levels and the whole was analyzed.2.The second part is empirical study on career resilience index system of nurses.A questionnaire survey was conducted 956 nurses from hospitals in Jinan and Linyi. The purpose is to understand the current situation of career resilience of nurses. The factors influencing nursing staff’s career resilience were explored by one-way analysis of variance,independent-samples T test and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results1.The career resilience index system of nurses was established that includes three first-level indexes, six second-level indexes and 32 third-level indexes. The weight of each index was calculated, and the consistency of each index was checked. The Consisttency Ratio(CR)was less than 0.1,which had statistical significance.2.The index system was used to design the the questionnaire of nurses’ career resilience, andthe reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested. The tatal Cronbach’s α alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.956.The scientificity of the index system was evaluated by constructing structural equation model.3.Status of nurses’ career resilience: Career resilience score was 133.14±16.81,emotion score was 45.06±6.50,cognition score was 46.01±5.96,behavior score was42.08±5.72.Nurses’ career resilience was above the middle level.4.Influencing factors of nurses’ career resilience: One-way analysis of variance showed that age, grade of hospitals, working departments, marriage status, original and highest education, working life, personal monthly income, professional titles and employment mode could affect the level of career resilience of nurses(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age, grade of hospitals, employment mode and positional titles could affect the level of career resilience of nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The index system of career resilience of nurses constructed in this study is reasonable, scientific and operable, and provides a basis for the effective evaluation of career resilience of nurses.2.The questionnaire of nurses’ career resilience has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool for evaluating nurses’ career resilience.3.Nurses’ career resilience was above the middle level.Age,grade of hospitals, employment mode and positional title are the influencing factors of nursing staff’s career resilience.
