With the improvement of human life and economic level,human survival environment gradually destroyed,food safety problems also emerge in endlessly,the incidence of cancer is higher and higher.Lung cancer ranks first in the incidence of cancer in China.According to our country health relevant part of the data statistics,at present the total number of new onset of lung cancer,733000,the number has been increased to 610000.In contrast to previous data,it is clear that the morbidity and mortality rate of lung cancer has increased.However,due to the early symptoms of lung cancer is more insidious,it is difficult to detect the diagnosis,when the symptoms of the majority of patients already belong to the late.As new chemotherapeutic agents appear,they play an increasingly important role in the treatment of cancer.Chemotherapy refers to the action of cytotoxic drugs on the whole body,which inhibits the growth and proliferation of tumor cells in the body.However,it has a certain effect on the growth and proliferation of normal cells in the human body.It can produce more than just recent bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,and cardio-respiratory toxicity,and it can have cancer,infertility,and teratogenesis.Radiotherapy as an effective localized treatment for lung cancer,the radiation that it produces can destroy or destroy the cancer cells,but it can also be damaged in the normal tissue cells,such as radiation from the chest radiation which can cause respiratory failure in the respiratory system,causing respiratory failure.Minimally invasive interventional therapy in recent years is introduced in the late in the process of the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors,including iodine 125 particles embedded technology for light positioning preparation,small trauma,pain,restore fast characteristic.For cases of lung cancer that can’t be surgically removed for various reasons,the iodine 125 particle implant is a good choice.Objective:to explore CT guided by iodine 125 implanted contrast intensity-modulated radiation therapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer treatment curative effect analysis.Methods:60 patients with unresectable advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)were collected.All patients were confirmed to have lung cancer by pathology or bronchoscopy biopsy,and their expected survival time was more than 3 months.Preoperative enhancement of the chest enhancement CT,hematology of tumor markers,and the blood routine,and 30 of the line CT to guide the iodine 125 particle implant therapy(group A),30 to receive A partial radiotherapy(B).Chest enhanced CT examination was performed 1,3 and6 months after the operation,and the therapeutic effect,changes in serological tumor markers and life improvement of the patients before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,according to the WHO evaluation criteria for solid tumors and chest enhanced CT images,the results showed that the effective rate of tumor treatment in group A was 73.3%,80.0% and 70.0%,respectively.After statistical analysis,the effective rate in group A was higher than that in group B(p<0.05).Serological tumor markers in group A were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement rate was significantly higher than that in group B(p<0.05).The KPS score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.CT guided by iodine 125 particles plant treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,the clinical efficacy of intensity modulated radiation therapy(imrt)contrast has obvious advantage,can effectively improve the control efficiency of lesions in the lungs.2.Compared with intensity-modulated radiotherapy,CT guided by iodine 125 particles planting technology can effectively reduce the serological more the levels of tumor markers.3.CT guided by iodine 125 implanted a intensity-modulated radiation therapy can significantly improve the patients quality of life.
