| Objective:This article is to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with montmorillonite powder and montmorillonite powder single in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis.It is expected to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of rotavirus enteritis.Methods:150 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to the department of gastroenterology,Changchun Children,s Hospital from August,2018 to August,2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 persons each.Observation group:39 males and 36 females;The age ranged from 3 months to 3years,the average age was(12.88±3.17)months.39 patients were dehydrated,including 25 patients with mild dehydration and 14 patients with moderate dehydration.57 persons with vomiting;60 persons with fever;The duration ranged from 1-3 days,with an average duration of(1.84±0.57)days.Control group: 41 males and 34 females;The age ranged from 3 months to3 years,with an average age of(12.59±2.7)months.40 patients were dehydrated,including 29 patients with mild dehydration and 11 patients with moderate dehydration.59 persons with vomiting;51 persons with fever;The duration ranged from 1-3 days,with an average duration of(1.91±0.41)days.The children in the two groups received symptomatic supportive treatment such as rehydration and antipyretic according to their condition,and at the same time,they took montmorillonite powder orally,and the observation group added Saccharomyces boulardii sachets.Results:1.The total effective rate(94.70%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.40%),with statistical significance(P< 0.05).2.The average hospitalization days of observation group(4.43 ±1.07)days,defecate character back to normal time(2.47 ±1.00)days of observation group were less than those of the control group(4.99 ± 1.12)days and(3.88 ±1.19)days,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The time of body temperature returning to normal of observation group(1.70±0.65)days and the vomiting disappear time of observation group(2.30±1.09)days were less than tthose of control group(3.00±0.69)days and(2.75±0.76)days,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.After hospitalization,there was no statistically significant difference in defecation frequency between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P> 0.05).5.The two groups of children did not appear abdominal distension,skin allergy,intractable constipation and other side effect.Conclusion:1.compare the clinical efficacy of saccharomyces boulardii sachets combined with montmorillonite powder and montmorillonite powder single in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis:(1)It can improve the total efficiency;(2)It can shorten the course of rotavirus enteritis and improve the stool character of children;(3)Can shorten the time of fever and vomiting;(4)Less side effects and high safety;2.The application of montmorillonite powder alone and yeast extract combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets had little difference in the number of defecation in children. |
