Objective:To explore the characteristics of liver damage and immune characteristics and their correlation in children with EB virus infection, and to evaluate the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of children with liver damage caused by EB virus infection,so as to provide more effective clinical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: From January 2015 to May 2019,190 children with EB virus infection were diagnosed in Changchun Children’s Hospital,of which 120 were liver damage.1.The data of 190 children were analyzed.2.Group of children with liver damage were divided into two groups: control group(n=60 cases): ganciclovir antiviral plus reduced glutathione treatment;observation group(n=60 cases): on the above treatment, plus compound glycyrrhizin;the course of treatment of both groups of children should be up to 2 weeks;observe the two groups of children: peripheral blood before and after treatment EBV-DNA copy number, glutenin.the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alanine aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),and CD3、CD4、CD8 and CD4/CD8 were compared to compare the occurrence of adverse reactions such as fatigue, nausea, vomiting, rash, and hepatic pain in the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex ratio(P>0.05)and age distribution(P>0.05)in 190 children with EB virus infection and 120 children with liver damage.Comparison of data.2.Children with liver damage and normal liver function: CD3、CD16 There was no significant difference in CD4 and total number of lymphocytes(P>0.05),but the CD19 B level of liver injury group was lower than that of normal liver function group(P<0.05),and the ratio of liver injury group was lower than that of normal liver function group.the normal liver function group, with statistical significance(P<0.05),the CD8 level of the liver damage group was higher than that of the normal liver function group(P<0.05).3.EBV-DNA copy number, alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alanine aminotransferase(alanine aminotransferase),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly improved after treatment(0.05).Liver in two groups group comparison of children with impairment: after treatment,it can be found that the peripheral blood EBV-DNA copy number, serum ALT、AST and AKP,CD3 and CD8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the CD4 and CD4/CD8 were higher than those in the control group(0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children with liver damage caused by EB virus infection(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Liver damage caused by EB virus infection was not related to the sex and age of children.2.The viral load and liver function enzymes of children with liver damage caused by EB virus infection.3.Treated with compound glycyrrhizin When EB virus infection occurs liver damage, the CD8 T is obviously increased, the CD4/CD8 ratio is inverted, and the expression level is obviously improved after the treatment of compound glycyrrhizin.4.Compound glycyrrhizin had less adverse reactions and had good safety.
