| With the deepening of public hospital reform in recent years,informatization reform has gradually become an important part of medical reform.Z hospital,as a large tertiary hospital in Z City,has rapidly expanded its operation scale in recent years.Coupled with the impact of COVID-19 on the hospital,its diagnosis and treatment business volume has decreased sharply,the cost of prevention and control has increased,and its internal operation and management has become increasingly complicated.In the postepidemic era,how to deal with the impact of Z hospital and strengthen its own operation has become the primary issue faced by hospital managers.Under the action of internal and external common factors,the informatization reform of Z hospital is imminent.This paper takes the optimization of HRP management system in Z hospital as the research object,uses the method of literature research and interviews with people,first analyzes the current situation and main problems of HRP management system in Z hospital,such as low degree of data standardization,failed to realize the closed-loop process,and low degree of user application.The reasons such as lack of top-level design,lack of attention from leaders and poor team communication are obtained,and optimization schemes are proposed accordingly.To realize the overall optimization of HRP management system of Z hospital through combing the basic data,optimizing and integrating the business process,and intelligent transformation of the user layer.Then it puts forward the safeguard measures of the optimization plan from four aspects: clear optimization goal,problem communication mechanism,risk early warning list and professional personnel training.It is concluded that the informatization reform is the main means to strengthen the operation management of the hospital,and the optimization of HRP management system is the main way of informatization reform.Through the optimization of HRP management system,the information island phenomenon of Z hospital is eliminated,the refined management ability of the hospital is improved,and the system optimization management of other public hospitals can be used for reference. |
