| ObjectiveBased on the "Preschool Children’s Development Checklist" as a model,it is emphasized that from the perspective of language screening,improve a set of " Language and Related Developmental Disorders Screening Scale in Children "(3-4 years of age)that is more suitable for the culture of mainland China,and test its reliability,to provide reference for objective assessment of early childhood language and related development.Methods1.After obtaining the authorization of the right to use the Preschool Child Development Checklist,the stage gauges aged 3-3.5 years and 3.5-4 years are simplified and revised.2.Through two rounds of Delphi expert scoring and revision,to ensure the usefulness and effectiveness of this study scale,determine the initial version of the scale.3.Using the convenient sampling method,the children aged 3-4 years who were admitted to Zhuhai Women’s and Children’s Health Hospital and Zhongshan Development Zone Hospital in Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province in 2020.09-2020.10 were pre-tested as subjects of the study,and the entries were purified and analyzed;Using the relevant analytical test method,the Spearman correlation coefficient of each entry and the dimension to which it belongs is calculated,and the scale entry is deleted according to the results,so as to determine the final version of this study scale.4.Using the convenient sampling method,children aged 3-4 years were formally tested in 7institutions in Zhongshan City,Zhuhai City and Yichang City,Hubei Province in 2020.11-2021.01,and SPSS 20.0 was used for confidence validity testing and the "0~6-year-old Children’s Neuropsychological Development Checklist" as the effective correlation scale,and the consistency of the evaluation results was verified by bias testing.5.Using the convenient sampling method,children aged 3-4 years with language or developmental abnormalities who were admitted to Zhuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province in 2021.02-2021.03 were graded with the final version of this study scale and initial normal model standards were established by calculating means(X)and standard deviation(SD).Results1.A total of 482 children were effectively collected in this study,of which 465 were fully valid and 17 were excluded,with an efficiency of up to 96.5%.2.Statistical analysis:(1)The Cronbach ɑ coefficient for the 3-3.5-year-old stage scale is 0.88,which is very good intrinsically consistency,and the correlation coefficient for the first two parts is 0.72,which is more correlated.Guttman has a fold-half confidence factor of 0.83 and a good fold-half confidence,I-CVI in content validity is 0.71-1.00,S-CVI is 0.95,and structural validity indicates the difference between factors the Spearman correlation coefficient is in the range of 0.01-0.98,and the Spearman correlation coefficient between the factors and the total volume table is in the range of0.43-0.83.(2)The Cronbach ɑ coefficient for the 3.5-4-year-old stage scale is 0.66,the inherent consistency confidence is medium,and the correlation coefficient for the first two parts is 0.44,and the correlation is medium.Guttman has a half-confidence factor of 0.59,a half-fold confidence is good,I-CVI in content validity is 0.86-1.00,S-CVI is 0.95,and structural validity indicates the difference between factors the Spearman correlation coefficient is in the range of 0.01-0.93,and the Spearman correlation coefficient between the factors and the total volume table is in the range of 0.26-0.71.(3)The correlation validity of this study scale with the neuropsychological development scale of children aged 0-6 years is generally satisfactory,and the overall evaluation results are consistent,but the correlation between the internal dimensions is generally shown.The partial correlation coefficient of the 11 factors of the 11 factors in the 3-3.5 years and 3.5-4 years of age stage gauge is 0.02-0.73 and 0.01-0.63,the correlation coefficients with statistical significance(P<0.05)are 14 pairs and 15 pairs of factors,respectively.ConclusionsThe "Children’s Language and Related Developmental Disorders Screening Scale" of this study has the advantages of high efficiency,timesaving,rapid qualitative and so on,the overall reliability evaluation is generally satisfactory,the stage scale of 3-3.5 years of age is better,the stage scale of 3.5-4 years of age is still good,can be used as an effective auxiliary tool for language and related developmental screening of children aged 3-4 years in China.However,there are still some limitations and shortcomings in this study scale,which need to be further explored and revised to obtain a better version of the scale. |
