Research On Cultivation Of Humanistic Quality Of Imaging Medical Staff In Baotou City

The development of the medical and health undertakings bears important responsibilities and missions in the construction of a healthy China.Medical humanities are one of the essential qualities of modern medical personnel.With the transformation of the medical model,the level of medical humanities has become an important indicator for evaluating the qualifications of medical personnel.The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a healthy China strategy,which makes people’s demands for health become higher and higher.The health of the people is closely related to the happiness of life.The research object of this article is the medical staff of the imaging medical department of public hospitals in the second-level or above of Baotou city.Use the questionnaires of patients and imaging medical students in imaging medicine,hospital administrators and medical school educators to analyze the current status of humanistic literacy of medical imaging staff in Baotou City,explore the existing problems,and ask for different problems Suggestions and measures.Through a questionnaire survey,it was found that overall,the cultivation of humanistic literacy of medical imaging medical personnel needs to be improved.Imaging medical medical personnel have relatively low awareness of the concept and content of human literacy,and need to be improved.Human literacy of imaging medical students should also be strengthened.Medical personnel and imaging medical students believe that their human literacy needs to be strengthened.Improving the humanistic qualities and communication skills of medical imaging staff.This article provides suggestions from four aspects for the above problems.Among them,from the social level,we should build a modern imaging medical personnel training target,strengthen the institutional support for humanistic cultivation of medical imaging medical personnel,strengthen ideological and political education,and learn traditional culture;,Strengthen the cultivation of humanistic literacy in imaging departments,pay attention to the training of humanistic literacy theory of departments,cultivate the ability to use human literacy in clinical practice,build a good humanistic atmosphere in hospitals and departments;at the university level,build a complete humanistic literacy cultivation system for imaging medicine,change Teaching mode,develop campus cultural activities,and integrate teachers;at the individual level,medical imaging medical personnel should focus on the improvement of internal literacy,strengthen the cultivation of their own ideals and beliefs,cultivate the necessary humanistic literacy in imaging medicine,and enhance their communication skills.Through the analysis of this article,we put forward feasibility suggestions for the cultivation and improvement of the humanistic literacy of medical imaging medical staff in Baotou City,and promote the further development of medical imaging business in Baotou City,and at the same time promote the development of medical business in Baotou City.
