Liver is the central organ of human metabolism, which plays an important role in the process of metabolism.Pancreas is the second largest gland of human body, which can regulate glucose metabolism and material absorption. The normal function of liver and pancreas is of great significance to the regulation of metabolic process and the stability of internal environment.Excessive intake of sugar and oil in human body will lead to lipid accumulation and fatty degeneration in organs.Fatty degeneration of liver and pancreas affect the physiological function, which lead to abnormal glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism, and other diseases.Steatosis of the liver and pancreas are chronic and recoverable diseases.Effective intervention treatment in the early stage can reduce the degree of steatosis and the risk of other diseases. Therefore, early detection and intervention treatment are of great significance for the reduction or disappearance of liver and pancreatic steatosis symptoms and the recovery of metabolic function. This retrospective study included 275 patients who underwent m Dixon in Shanghai General Hospital.MR image and clinical information of 275 patients are collected. The established liver steatosis classification models include: Denser Net model,Denser NetSVM model,Denser Net-Clinical model, and 3D CNN model. The highest AUC of the models is 0.90.Pancreatic steatosis classification models were based on transfer learning of liver model, including Denser Net model,Denser Net-Clinical model and 3D CNN model, with the highest accuracy of 0.91.In addition, this subject explored the correlation of metabolic diseases, and the results show that the grade of hepatic steatosis is correlated with the grade of pancreatic steatosis. This project uses various network models to provide non-invasive and intelligent strategies for the classification of hepatic and pancreatic steatosis, aiming to research automatic and intelligent screening of steatosis.Meanwhile, the subject analyzed some clinical factors of steatosis, such as age and metabolic diseases, which provided research directions for the influencing factors of hepatic and pancreatic steatosis.
