Research On The Improvement In The Information Management Of Hospital Construction Projects

At present,hospital construction projects in China have problems such as slow information summary speed,low information utilization rate,inconvenient information data storage,low information sharing degree and poor accuracy of information management,which seriously affect the progress of hospital project construction and restrict the efficiency of management projects.With the development and application of BIM technology in China,the introduction of BIM technology into the information management of hospital construction projects is conducive to promoting the solution of various problems in the process of hospital construction project management,and is more conducive to the promotion and development of BIM technology in the field of medical construction.This paper takes the information management of hospital construction project as the research object and completes the following research work:1)Analysis of current situation of hospital construction project information management.Literature research method is used to explore the problems existing in the information management of the current hospital construction project,and in-depth investigation is carried out in the form of anonymous survey,and the main problems existing in the information management of the hospital construction project are summarized.2)Design of information management improvement scheme for hospital construction project.On the basis of the investigation results of the main problems existing in the information management of hospital construction project,combined with the ideas of improving the information management of hospital construction project,the improvement plan of the information management of hospital construction project is put forward.3)Empirical analysis.Based on the design of information management improvement scheme of hospital construction project,the paper puts forward the implementation measures of organizational measures,economic measures,contract measures and technical measures in information management of hospital construction project.Taking Z Hospital as the research object,the empirical analysis of hospital construction project information management provides reference value for the improvement of similar hospital project information management.
