Sthyroid Nodules,Mammary Hyperplasia And Uterine Fibroids:Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Questionnaire Study And Related Discussion Of Three Diseases

Objectives: Try to Quantify and statistics the patients with Nodular goiter 、Hyperplasia of mammary glands、Myoma of uterus with the“measure questionnaire of five minds”,we drawed the emotion distribution of the patients.Explore the TCM emotions factors related to the pathogenesis of Nodular goiter 、 Hyperplasia of mammary glands、Myoma of uterus.Provide some theoretical basis for psychological factors in the incidence of Nodular goiter 、 Hyperplasia of mammary glands 、 Myoma of uterus.Lay the foundation for the prevention and treatment of the disease,and the guidance of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Methods: Collected from June 2020 to January2021 in the attached Hospital of Che ngdu University of TCM out-patient and hospitalization in patients with Nodular goiter 、 Hyperplasia of mammary glands 、 Myoma of uterus,general records,and conducted a questionnaire survey on patients,fill out the "measure questionnaire of five minds".Then rated in accordance with its sc-ore,come to the patients emotions tendency,then apply the SPSS for Windows 26.0 statistical software for data processing and statistical analysis concluded.Resule:(1)A total of 300 patients with nodular goiter、hyperplasia of mammary glands、myoma of uterus were included in this study,with an average age of37.48 ? 8.24 years.The main age distribution was 30-39 years old,accounting for35.33% of the total,followed by 40-49 years old,accounting for 30.33%.(2)patients with emotional distributions,normal emotion in 117cases(39%),183 cases of abnormal records(61%),including 80 cases of anger(26.67%),13 cases of joy(4.33%),27 cases due to pensiveness(7.69%),sorrow in 49cases(16.33%),panic of 14 cases(4.67%).Conclusion:1.Thyroid nodule,hyperplasia of mammary glands,uterine fibroids in the age of the general distribution in the 30-39-year-old age group,occupation is mainly knowledge worker,the prevalence of more than undergraduate patients with a higher rate,which is related to the patient’s life stress,to the emotional factors that result from it.The three kinds of diseases have some similarities in occupation and education,which can be used as reference.2.In this survey,abnormal emotions accounted for the largest proportion,far higher than the proportion of normal emotions,of which anger accounted for the highest.Mood disorders may be associated with the onset of three types of diseases,of which anger is the most common one,it is worth paying attention to.3.There were 138 patients with both diseases in the survey,accounting for 46%of the total,and the emotion was mainly anger and sadness.Three kinds of diseases exist at the same time two diseases combined onset,in clinical reference,in order to target drug use.4.There is a correlation between Thyroid nodule,breast hyperplasia,and uterine Myoma,especially liver and mood.
