Clinical Observation Of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction In Treating Post-stroke Depression With Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stagnation

Objective: To observe the short-term clinical efficacy of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression of qi deficiency and phlegm stagnation type,and to compare with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of post-stroke depression To provide a safe and effective treatment for patients with post-stroke depression.Method:After estimating the sample size of this study by pass15 software,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 64 test personnel were collected.All cases were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(another part)by spss26.0 software.The basic treatment plan of stroke+ antidepressant treatment + Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction was used as the treatment plan of the treatment group,and the control group was given a combined treatment plan of basic stroke treatment + antidepressant treatment..The total course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before treatment,the basic information of patients was collected.During the study,the efficacy indexes of the experimenters were collected according to the scientific and rigorous method,including Hamilton Depression Scale score,activities of daily living score,TCM Syndrome Scale score.The safety indexes of the experimenters were collected,including blood routine,coagulation function,liver and kidney function,electrolyte and other laboratory tests Fruit.Spss26.0software was used for data analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate and recovery rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving depressive symptoms are better than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can strengthen the short-term curative effect of improving depressive symptoms.And the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the control group in improving the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the short-term(P=0.025<0.05).2.Both the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group can improve the total score of the TCM Syndrome Scale(P<0.05),and the improvement of the total score of the TCM Syndrome Scale in the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Furthermore,in the traditional Chinese medicine group,the scores of the TCM Syndrome Scale were significantly reduced(P<0.01);the control group had a poor effect on weak pulses,slippery pulse strings,and greasy fur(P>0.05).It is effective for facial discomfort and swelling of hands and feet(P<0.05),and other items have significant effects(P<0.01).Comparison between groups: the traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the control group in all items(P<0.01).3.Both the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group can significantly improve the ability of daily living(P<0.01),and there is little difference in the efficacy of the two in the short-term restoration of the ability of daily living(P>0.05).4.No serious adverse reactions were observed in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and there were no abnormalities in the safety indicators such as blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,and coagulation function.Conclusion: Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can not only significantly improve the clinical symptoms of qi deficiency and phlegm stagnation type of post-stroke depression,but also ensure the safety of drug users.On the other hand,the modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can significantly improve the daily living ability of patients.On the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation for Qi deficiency and phlegm stagnation,taking modified Buyang Huanwu decoction has little impact on the internal environment of the machine,which is worthy of clinical application.
