Objective:Discuss the correlation between sperm DFI,nuclear protein immaturity rate,PRM1,PRM2,PRM1/PRM2 and IVF-ET outcome.And observe the effects of Qiangjing Tablets on sperm DFI,nuclear protein immaturity rate and IVF-ET outcome of male infertility patients with renal essence deficiency syndrome who need IVF-ET treatment.Methods:We collected couples who went to the Reproductive Medicine Center of the Reproductive Women’s and Children’s Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(T.C.M)and needed IVF-ET treatment from June 2019to December 2020 and.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,72 cases of male infertile patients with kidney essence deficiency were selected and their partners were not accompanied by abnormal reproductive function of uterus,adnexa,endocrine and so on.Random number generator in SPSS 23.0 statistical software is used to randomize couples who meet the conditions into the group:experimental group and control group,the number of cases in each group was 36 cases.The experimental group patients took the in-hospital preparation"Qiangjing Tablets"for 1 month.The control group took"Wuzi Yanzong Pills",course of treatment is also 1 month.Through the evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes before and after treatment;the statistical analysis of sperm DFI,sperm nuclear protein immature rate,sperm protamine after treatment,the statistical analysis of IVF fertilization rate,excellent embryo rate,and pregnancy rate of the two groups;the sperm DFI of 72 patients were divided into DFI<15%and DFI>15%after treatment,and the fertilization rate,embryo rate and pregnancy rate were statistically analyzed;and the nuclear protein immature rate,PRM1,PRM2,PRM1/PRM2 ratio and IVF fertilization rate,pregnancy rate were statistically correlated analysis.Results:1.The fertilization rate after IVF in patients with DFI<15%was higher than that in patients with 15%<DFI<30%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate between the two(P>0.05)2.The Spearman rank correlation analysis of nuclear protein immaturity rate,PRM1,PRM2,PRM1/PRM2 ratio and IVF fertilization rate of 72 patients showed that nuclear protein immaturity rate:P=0.626>0.05;PRM1:P=0.049<0.05,r_s=0.233;PRM2:P=0.016<0.05,r_s=0.282;PRM1/PRM2 ratio:P=0.014<0.05,r_s=-0.288.3.Spearman rank correlation analysis of nuclear protein immature rate,PRM1,PRM2,PRM1/PRM2 ratio and IVF excellent embryo rate in 72 patients showed that nuclear protein immature rate:P=0.788>0.05;PRM1:P=0.602>0.05;PRM2:P=0.256>0.05;PRM1/PRM2 ratio:P=0.044<0.05,r_s=-0238.4.A binary logistics regression model was constructed for the two groups of patients’nuclear protein immaturity rate,PRM1,PRM2,PRM1/PRM2 ratio and whether they were successfully pregnant after the IVF-ET fresh transplant cycle.The model tested the goodness of fitχ~2=5.994,P=0.648>0.05,and the P values of all influencing factors were all>0.05,which was not statistically significant.5.Both groups can improve the TCM syndrome score and nuclear protein immaturity rate of patients and sperm DFI,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.The fertilization rate after IVF in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was obviously significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference in the postoperative excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.After DFI is increased(higher than 15%),the IVF fertilization rate will decrease significantly,but it has no significant effect on the excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate;2.Nucleoprotein immaturity rate is negatively correlated with IVF fertilization rate;PRM1 and PRM2 are positively correlated with fertilization rate;PRM1/PRM2ratio is negatively correlated with fertilization rate;3.Nucleoprotein immaturity rate and the ratio of PRM1,PRM2 and PRM1/PRM2 have limited predictive ability for IVF excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate.Large sample data may be needed for further discussion.4.Both"Qiangjing Tablets"and"Wuzi Yanzong Pills"can significantly improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients with kidney essence deficiency syndrome;5.Both"Qiangjing Tablets"and"Wuzi Yanzong Pills"can significantly improve the sperm DFI and sperm nuclear protein immaturity rate of male infertility patients;6.Compared with"Wuzi Yanzong Pills","Qiangjing Tablets"can significantly increase the fertilization rate of male infertility patients with renal essence depletion after IVF;there is no significant difference in curative effect between the excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate;...
