The Research On The TCM Syndrome Type,Constitution Theory And The Related Factors With Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objective By investigating 117 cases of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)with four diagnostic materials,Chinese medicine constitution and related influencing factors,we explore the pattern of POI syndrome,constitution and the distribution and difference of related factors,to provide evidence for differentiation of symptoms and signs of POI,and to provide reference for clinical prevention and intervention of POI.Method Using the method of epidemiological investigation,the eligible patients,attending the outpatient department of Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and participating in the investigation by their own volition from July 2020 to July 2021,were collected.fill in the basic information table,Chinese medicine physical quality table,Chinese medicine syndrome scale,POI related factors scale,establish the Excel database,use SPSS 21.0 statistical software for data analysis,to explore the correlation of TCM syndrome types,constitution and influencing factors of POI.Results Through the investigation and analysis of the information from looking,listening and smelling,asking,and pulse feeling,TCM constitution and other related factors of 117 patients with POI,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)About 94% of POI patients were aged from 28 to 40 years old,most of them had received specialized education and engaged in mental work,and 60% of POI patients had a normal BMI,p OI patients often have a history of uterine or uterine surgery,anxiety and stay up late and other bad habits;(2)Based on the systematic cluster analysis,117 cases of POI can be divided into three types of syndrome,Among them,the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney accounts for the largest proportion(44%),followed by the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney(36%),and the syndrome of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis(21%).(3)In 117 cases of POI,There are statistical significancy of the distribution of common constitution among different syndrome types(p < 0.05);(4)The distribution of different syndrome types,constitution and age,FSH and abortion times in 117 patients with POI had no statistical significance.Conclusions(1)The related factors of POI were improper operation,anxiety,family heredity,passive smoking or staying up late;(2)According to the cluster analysis,POI patients were mostly of the syndrome of deficiency of both liver and kidney,which was mainly related to anxiety and burning fluid;(3)POI patients are biased constitution,yin deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution are the most common,and there is correlation between common constitution and TCM syndrome types.
