Clinical Study Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Ⅲ-Ⅳ Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with chemotherapy on IIIB-IV non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods:During the study,we collected the data of patients diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and selected 63 patients who met the needs of the study.Then we randomly divided them into two groups,the experimental group(special intervention group)and the control group(conventional intervention group).The ratio of the two groups was 31:32 。The control group received standard chemotherapy regimen,and the test group received oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction based on standard chemotherapy regimen.Both groups received 4 cycles of chemotherapy.After observation,SPSS23.0 software analysis of two groups of short-term efficacy,serum tumor markers,TCM symptom score,Karnofsky score,QLQ-LC43 quality of life score and blood and biochemical indicators to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.A total of 63 patients completed the treatment,including 31 in the trial group and 32 in the control group.2.After statistics,the results showed that compared with the conventional intervention group,the objective remission rate and tumor control rate of the experimental group were more prominent,but the difference between the two groups was small,and the results were satisfied(P > 0.05);3.Among the serum tumor indexes,after modern medical technology detection,the CEA index of the experimental group was significantly lower than before,and the statistical results were satisfied(P < 0.05)CYFRA21-1 index showed a significant downward trend after a period of intervention,and the comparison within the group was statistically significant;4.the statistics show that the Karnofsky score and TCM syndrome score are higher than those of the patients after special therapy intervention,and the data of the two groups are statistically significant;5.The scores of QOL in EQRTC Qlq-c30 and EQRTCQLQ-LC13 groups were lower than those in the control group(p < 0.05).6.After a period of intervention,the HGB and PLT of the two groups were significantly decreased by comparison between the two groups,so it can be inferred that the probability of HGB and PLT in the experimental group was smaller.Conclusion:After statistics,the short-term efficacy data of the two groups were close.In addition,the difference of serum tumor markers between the two groups was not significant,but the combination of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and chemotherapy significantly improved patients’ clinical symptoms such as cough,sputum and fatigue,and improved patients’ functional status and quality of life,to reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,confirmed the effectiveness of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
