Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Iontophoresis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Improving Low Back Pain In Patients With Primary Osteoporosis

Objective: To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint iontophoresis on the improvement of low back pain in patients with primary osteoporosis(blood stasis block type).Objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint iontophoresis in improving low back pain in patients with primary osteoporosis(blood stasis block type).A scientific statistical method is adopted to analyze and comprehensively evaluate the test,aiming to provide a new idea for the treatment of patients with primary osteoporosis(blood stasis)low back pain.Methods: The study cases of this subject are patients with primary osteoporosis(blood stasis block type)who visited the orthopedic clinic of the Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020.A randomized controlled trial was adopted.Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group(basic treatment,such as adjusting their diet and paying attention to supplementing with appropriate calcium,meat and vegetables,appropriate regular exercise,etc.;at the same time,oral calcitriol capsules(0.25ug),2 Times/day.)and the treatment group(on the basis of oral western medicine in the control group + Chinese medicine acupoint iontophoresis,1 time/day,5 times a week),30 people in each group.Two months later,the VAS scores,ODI scores,blood calcium(S-Ca),blood phosphorus(S-P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)biochemical indicators and the efficacy of TCM syndromes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results: In reducing the VAS score and ODI score,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of biochemical indicators,there was no difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05).In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group is also better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Acupoint iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary osteoporosis(blood stasis block type)low back pain,and achieve ideal treatment in terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,VAS pain score,ODI dysfunction index,etc.Effect,obtained good social benefits.
