| Objective : To explore the value of transrectal shear wave elastography, serum prostate specific antigen and acid phosphatase in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods: From October 2017 to January 2020,109 patients suspected of prostate cancer were studied. The max elastic value was measured by transrectal shear wave elastography(SWE),the serum total prostate specific antigen(TPSA)and free prostate specific antigen(FPSA)were measured by chemiluminescence method, and the ratio of FPSA / TPSA was obtained, and the acid phosphatase(ACP)in the serum of patients with prostate disease was measured by rate method. Finally, according to the gold standard of pathological biopsy, the combined diagnostic factors were found by logistic, and ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the combined diagnostic value of transrectal shear wave elastography, serum prostate specific antigen and acid phosphatase in the differentiation of benign and malignant prostate cancer. Results: The ratio of FPSA / TPSA in patients with Pca was significantly lower than that in patients with BPH(P < 0.01);the level of ACP in patients with Pca was significantly higher than that in patients with BPH(P < 0.01);the level of maximum elasticity in patients with Pca was significantly higher than that in patients with BPH(P < 0.01);the area under curve(AUC)of SWE,ACP and FPSA / TPSA combined diagnosis was 0.968,with sensitivity and specificity of 0.91 and 0.92,respectively.Conclusions: The combined diagnosis of SWE,ACP and FPSA / TPSA is of great value in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer. |
