The Clinical Study Of Yingqiao Mabo San And Xiaoluo Wan In Treat Of Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis With Syndrome About Exogenous Wind-heat

Objective: Using randomized controlled trials,and under the guidance of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,comparing the score changes of children with throat pain,tonsil hyperemia,suppuration,and exogenous wind-heat syndrome before and after treatment,,recording the adversing events that occurred during the recording process,observing the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children with Yinqiao Mabo San and Xiaoluo Wills.Preliminary evaluation of its effectiveness and safety provides a basis for the clinical application of the method of dispelling wind,clearing heat and relieving the pharynx in the treatment of suppurative tonsillitis.Methods: Using randomized controlled trials,the 70 children included were randomly divided into 2 groups which is the experimental and the control group.On the basis of anti-infection,the control group was given Xiaoer Yanbian Keli,the experimental group used Yinqiao Mabo San and Xiaoluo Wan.Observing and collecting the improvement of sore throat,tonsil congestion,secretions,related signs,symptom scores,and recording adverse reactions after 7 days of treatment,the data obtained were statistically analyzed with SPSS 26.0.Result:1、Both the two groups have therapeutic effects on fever,sore throat,tonsil congestion,enlargement and suppuration(P<0.05),but the experimental group has a stronger therapeutic effect(P<0.05);the two groups have therapeutic effects in the treatment of fever but the difference is not obvious in statistics(P>0.05).2、Through the treatment of the experimental group and the control group,the secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine have been improved to a certain extent(P<0.05);but the experimental group has a significant effect in treating concurrent symptoms such as lymphadenopathy,cough,and headache(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in improving symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose,aversion to cold,and thirst(P>0.05).3、Both groups can reduce the white blood cell count,and the test group has no obvious advantage in reducing the white blood cell count.(P>0.05).4、The effective rate of disease treatment in the control group was 88.23%,and the test group was 94.11%.After testing,P<0.05,there is a significant difference.Conclusion:Yinqiao Mabo San and Xiaoluo Wan has a positive effect in the treatment of pediatric purulent tonsillitis.After the addition,the symptoms of the pharynx can be significantly reduced,so that the therapeutic effect is significantly enhanced.
