treatment, accord with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain patients with diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, acquisition of the patient’s general condition and related auxiliary examination results,to complete the questionnaire to fill in,after the obtained data into EXCEL table, using SPSS25.0 statistical processing.【results】1.Among 161 patients in this survey, the general conditions were as follows:(1)The average age was 33.42±7.374 years old,and the most common age was between 26 and 41 years old(65.8%);(2)The average course of disease was 3.571±3.0885 years, and the overall course of disease was 1~5 years(67.1%),especially 1~3 years(46%).(3)Most of the patients were distributed in rural areas(61.1%).Most of the patients were manual workers(65.8%),and the education level was mainly in middle and high school(59.6%).(4)The most common methods of contraception were condoms(32.9%)and non-contraception(31.7%),which accounted for 64.6%.(5)Patients with 2 or less sexual partners were the most common(66.5%),followed by 3 to 4 sexual partners(32.9%),and only 1 case with 5 or more sexual partners(0.6%).(6)Most patients had a history of pelvic surgery(139 cases,86.3%);(7)The main clinical symptom of the patients was pelvic pain, mostly mild to moderate pain, and the VAS score ranged from 2 to 6 points, among which the proportion of 0-3 points was the highest(93 cases,57.1%),followed by 4-6 points(69 cases,42.9%).2.According to the frequency analysis, the TCM syndromes of 161 patients were most common in damp-heat stasis syndrome(74 cases, accounting for 46%),followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(43 cases,26.7%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(31 cases,19.3%),qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(7 cases,4.3%),and cold dampness and blood stasis syndrome(6 cases,3.7%).3.The patients were no anxiety(92 cases,57.1%)and mild anxiety(63 cases,42.9%).There were 5 cases of moderate anxiety(3.1%)and only 1 case of severe anxiety(0.6%).The major cases of depression were non-depression(82 cases,50.9%)and mild depression(66cases,41.0%),followed by moderate depression(12 cases,7.5%)and severe depression(only1 case,0.6%).4.The investigation of the patient’s age, duration, place of residence, level of education, profession, contraception,VAS score, the history of pelvic surgery and the distribution of TCM syndrome types have statistical significance(P < 0.05),and the number of sexual partners and TCM syndrome type distribution of no statistical significance(P > 0.05).5.The patients’ age, place of residence, culture level, profession, contraception, sexual partners, history of pelvic surgery,VAS score have no significant correlation with anxiety and depression(P > 0.05).The course of disease had a certain correlation with anxiety and depression(P < 0.05),the course of disease was less than 1 year and the course of disease was5 to 10 years, the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.6.The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly different between groups of TCM syndromes(P=0.000).respectively,comparing two results are as follows: compared with the hot and humid stasis knot,qi and blood stasis and kidney deficiency blood stasis in anxiety and depression in two grades had statistical significance(P < 0.05);Compared with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndromes and the syndrome of cold dampness and stasis, the scores of anxiety and depression were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was statistical significance in depression score between qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and cold dampness stasis syndrome(P < 0.05).There was statistical meaning in depression score between kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P < 0.05).【CONCLUSION】1.Among 161 SPID CPP patients in this survey,dampness-heat stasis syndrome was the most common, followed by Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, while Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and cold dampness and blood stasis syndrome were the least distributed.2.Patients’ age, course of disease, residence, educational level, occupational nature, contraceptive method and VAS score all have a significant impact on the formation of TCM syndrome types.Pelvic surgery history also has a certain correlation with the formation of TCM syndrome types, while there is no significant correlation between the number of sexual partners and TCM syndrome types.3.Anxiety and depression of the patients were mainly non-anxiety depression and mild anxiety depression.4.There was a certain correlation between the course of disease and anxiety and depression, and there was statistical meaning between the course of disease <1 year and 5-10 years.Age,residence, educational level, occupational nature, contraceptive method, number of sexual partners, history of pelvic surgery, and VAS score had no significant correlation with anxiety and depression.5.The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly different between the TCM syndromes.Among the five syndromes, the scores of anxiety and depression of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were the highest, followed by the scores of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
