Clinical Observation Of Shenlingbaizhu Powder In Treatment Of Abdominal Distension Related To AECOPD With Non-invasive Mechanical Ventilation(Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To confirm the clinical efficacy of Shenlingbaizhu powder in AECOPD patients with non-invasive Mechanical ventilation-related Abdominal distension(Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome)by comparing the effect of Shenlingbaizhu powder with Western medicine and Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,and to evaluate its safety,in order to improve the clinical symptoms,reduce complications,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:This research will be included in the standard AECOPD noninvasive mechanical ventilation patients of abdominal distension according to random number table method were randomly divided into trial group and control group,experimental group and control group were given AECOPD basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of conventional western medicine foundation treatment to add with three atractylodes dispersion,on the basis of the control group on the basis of the western medicine treatment and citrate moser will benefit dispersible tablets,14 days trial group and control group were treated respectively recorded in the two groups in the treatment of abdominal distension treatment for 14 days at the beginning of patients with symptoms and signs of improvement The anus exhaust time defecation frequency change for the first time In the course of treatment,adverse reactions occurred in patients in the two groups were recorded in time and SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:1.Baseline comparison: The baseline comparison between the two groups was balanced and consistent(P<0.05).2.Clinical efficacy: after 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 60.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 53.3%,which was similar to the control group(P>0.05).3.Symptoms and signs: After treatment,both groups could effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal distension,promote anal exhaust,accelerate the recovery of intestinal sounds,reduce abdominal pressure and improve defecation(P<0.05).The experimental group was equivalent to the control group in improving the above symptoms and signs(P>0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: both the experimental group and the control group could improve TCM syndrome score of patients after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was equivalent to the control group in improving TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).5.Safety analysis: No serious adverse events occurred in the two groups during the experimental study.Conclusion:Shenlingbaizhu Powder can improve abdominal distention symptoms and signs in patients with AECOPD after non-invasive mechanical ventilation,promote the recovery of intestinal function,and improve the quality of life of patients without obvious adverse events.
