Efficacy Evaluation Of Peng’s Supine Pull-out And Location-pulling Method In The Treatment Of Cervical Facet Joint Disorder

Objective:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Peng’s method and Cervical spine rotation localization and pulling method in the treatment of Cervical Facet Joint Disorders.To observe whether there are significant differences in the improvement of cervical pain,vertigo,stiffness and discomfort and the correction of cervical facet joint dislocation,so as to find a more effective,safe and reliable treatment for the clinical treatment of CFJD.Methods:In this study,84 subjects were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with Cervical spine rotation localization and pulling method,and the treatment group was treated with Peng’s Therapy.3 times a week for three weeks,for a total of six weeks(2 courses of treatment).By comparing the changes of VAS score,DHI score,X-ray score,total effective rate and other related indicators in four stages of the two groups of subjects,the differences between the two groups were further analyzedResults:1.Baseline analysis: Before treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of ethnicity,age,gender,course of disease,height,weight,VAS score,DHI score and Xray performance score,etc.,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Efficacy analysis :(1)There were significant differences in VAS score and DHI score between the two groups at the first course of treatment and the second course of treatment(P<0.05).VAS score and DHI score in the first course of treatment and the second course of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the second course of treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the treatment group and the follow-up(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in DHI score and X-ray performance score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the second course of treatment and the follow-up in the control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in DHI score between the second course of treatment and the follow-up(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:There was no significant difference in VAS score and DHI score between the two groups after the first course of treatment(P>0.05).After the second course of treatment,the VAS,DHI score and X-ray performance score of the two groups showed statistical differences(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Comparison of total effective rate: After 2 courses of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).At the follow-up one month after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both Peng’s Therapy and conventional localization and pulling method have a good effect on the treatment of CFJD.However,Peng’s Therapy has a longer curative effect than the cervical spine rotation localization and pulling method.2.In the treatment of CFJD,Peng’s Therapy has a more accurate effect and a longer duration of effect.In addition,it is significantly better than conventional localization and pulling method in terms of improving dizziness and correcting the position of facet joint dislocation of cervical spine.
