| In recent years,medical information data has shown explosive growth,while cloud storage has the advantages of maximizing space saving,improving users’ data storage,and small bandwidth utilization.As a result,more and more medical institutions are choosing to store their data on cloud servers.The construction of medical informationization is urgently needed,and the health and medical data in medical informationization involves patients’ personal privacy.Once leakage occurs,it will bring huge economic losses to patients’ spirit and economy,so we must prevent the leakage of these sensitive data.Therefore,how to complete the analysis and use of health care data under the premise of ensuring the safety of these data is an urgent problem for us to solve.Aiming at the ciphertext retrieval problem in health care data system,a query model is designed.When the user enters a query statement,we first need to parse the query statement,and then,combined with the mapping table for the relevant ciphertext fields,we go to the relevant parsing function to execute it.Secondly,for the security of data files in the health care data system,a method for data file encryption and integrity inspection is proposed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data files in the cloud.In this paper,a health care data system is designed based on homomorphic encryption,which can quickly query the ciphertext data and verify the integrity of the encrypted data file.Under the condition of protecting the privacy of medical data,the analysis and use of medical data by medical workers are not affected. |
