| Attention is a particularly important indicator in life.Inattention will lead to many negative consequences.How to improve the level of attention has become a problem that people pay more and more attention to.Real-time neurofeedback training can carry out rehabilitation training for patients with low attention,and can also carry out attention enhancement training for normal people.Firstly,for the attention enhancement training of normal people,a neurofeedback training system based on functional near infrared spectroscopy(f NIRS)is developed.Through the visualization of this system,users can see the neurophysiological state they are not aware of and adjust it in order to improve some neurocognitive states.Secondly,the f NIRS neurofeedback regulation experiment was carried out on the attention of 5 subjects using the system.Each subject underwent four times of neural feedback training,and six times of ax version of continuous performance task(AXCPT)and attention network test(ANT)were conducted to evaluate their attention level.The experimental results show that the average time for the subjects to maintain a high level of oxygenated hemoglobin concentration in the feedback training shows an upward trend;In AX-CPT,the average response time of subjects showed a downward trend,and the activation degree of dorsolateral prefrontal lobe increased gradually;In ant,the three effects were significant in most tests in the experiment,and the average reaction time of subjects also showed a downward trend.These results show that f NIRS neurofeedback training can effectively improve the level of attention.Finally,aiming at the personalized problem of diencephalon activation,this study proposes a personalized f NIRS neurofeedback training scheme.The other five subjects received personalized neurofeedback.In this scheme,personalized feedback channels and thresholds are calculated for each subject through experiments,and the differences between individuals are fully considered.The results show that the performance of personalized neurofeedback is better than that of non-personalized scheme.The results verify the feasibility and superiority of personalized neurofeedback training. |
