In view of the difficulty of storing and losing paper medical records,the digital storage of medical records has become a general trend.The traditional Electronic Medical Records(EMR)have unified storage and management of medical data,so that it has been protected to a certain extent.At the same time,the digitization of data plays a crucial role in data sharing.However,there are still some disadvantages in the traditional medical record archive preservation: on the one hand,the centralized storage of data relies too much on a third-party database,and once an error occurs,a large amount of personal information will be tampered with,leaked,and lost;on the other hand,data is cross-organized Sharing also threatens the privacy and integrity of data.Blockchain provides a feasible solution to the above existing problems due to its distributed storage,anti-tampering,traceability and other characteristics.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:First,this paper proposes an EMR storage scheme based on the Ethereum blockchain,which performs distributed and secure storage of patient medical record information or private data,and uses smart contracts to solve the problems of data interconnection and sharing between different medical institutions.Second,when the blockchain needs to upload large medical record files,combined with the Interplanetary File System(IPFS)method of permanent and decentralized storage of files,pre-processing large files or private data related to patient medical record information that will be uploaded to the blockchain,and can be unique according to the content of the files.Returns a string of hash addresses representing the patient’s medical record file,and only this string of addresses is stored in the blockchain.IPFS relieves the pressure of high cost and difficulty of uploading large files in the blockchain,and improves the storage efficiency of data.Third,introduces the multi-prime RSA public key encryption technology to replace the traditional RSA encryption algorithm as a digital signature to verify the signature of the address generated after the original medical record file is uploaded to IPFS,and to prove its correctness,security and efficiency.The improvement of the multi-prime RSA algorithm on the traditional RSA algorithm enables the RSA encryption algorithm to improve the speed of signature verification while ensuring sufficient security of the scheme,thereby the operation efficiency of the whole system is improved.The secure storage solution of EMR studied in the thesis innovatively combines the blockchain with IPFS and RSA public key encryption technology,which not only solves the problems caused by centralized storage of EMR but also facilitates medical institutions.The unification and sharing of medical data between the two,while verifying the multi-prime RSA encryption algorithm as a digital signature,the increase in encryption speed,in order to better solve the problem of poor data security of traditional EMR and patients’ low control over their own private data,etc.The question presents a new way of thinking.
