BackgroundDiabetic retinopathy is the main cause of visual impairment in working age population. The decline of visual acuity seriously affects the physical, mental and working life of patients.Surgical treatment is one of the most important methods to save the vision of patients with diabetic retinopathy. At present, there is still a lack of a practical nursing model to solve a series of nursing problems in patients with diabetic retinopathy, such as poor blood glucose control, anxiety, depression and other negative emotions in perioperative period, and poor compliance with special postoperatie position.Multidisciplinary cooperation mode is a common mode developed at home and abroad in recent years. It makes up for the shortcomings of traditional nursing mode, integrates the advantages of various disciplines, and formulates treatment and nursing programs suitable for patients by multidisciplinary members to promote the rehabilitation of patients.ObjectiveTo evaluate the application value of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model in the perioperative period of diabetic retinopathy patients and its influence on blood glucose control, psychological state, posture management, vision improvement and length of stay,so as to provide basis for the clinical promotion of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model.MethodsA similar experimental study design was used to collect eligible diabetic retinopathy patients in the ophthalmology department of a Third-grade A hospital in Yangzhou city from January to August 2019,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the time sequence of hospitalization,54 cases each.Control group given conventional perioperative nursing, the experimental group in addition to the conventional nursing, also adopts the model of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing care for patients with care, compared two groups of patients before and after the intervention blood sugar control, anxiety and depression scores, vitreous cut night special position compliance rate, postoperative vision and hospitalization days.ResultsThe fasting glucose attainment rate of the experimental group on the day of operation was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia events was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(all P < 0.05).After different nursing mode intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(All P < 0.05).The compliance rate of patients with special body position at night after vitrectomy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group on the day after surgery, the first day after surgery and the second day after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(All P < 0.05).The average length of stay in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Postoperative visual acuity of the experimental group was not significantly improved compared with the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).ConclusionsMultidisciplinary collaboration compared with routine nursing mode, nursing mode is helpful to improve patients with diabetic retinopathy fasting glucose success rate on the day of surgery, reduce the perioperative incidence of hypoglycemia events, improve the anxiety and depression in patients with negative emotions, improve the postoperative night special vitreous cut position compliance rate, shorten the average hospitalized days in patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
